Beautiful lake surrounded by mountains, with great hiking alongside.
Highly recommend the Mount Pisgah North Trail for an amazing, and tiring, hike with an ending view that makes it all worth it.

Your backyard. An impeccably clean lake surrounded by green.
A relatively easy hike that should take 2-2.5 hours up and down. A great view of Island Pond from the lookout point.

A little longer and more tiring of a hike, with some steep, but not dangerous, parts towards the end to really work your legs. The view of Lake Willoughby from the top makes it all worth it.
