Villages not to miss
Nearby Langport is amazing to walk along the Parrat river or rent bikes and even a kayak or boat tour for the afternoon. Dont forget to stop at Kitchen for Lunch or the Little Bakery for snacks and coffee.
Ilminster is also 7 minutes away and is great for a weekend night out at the Somerset Bar for a bit of Paris chic and followed by a dinner at Todays Menu
In South Petherton a must try is Holm restaurant for the lunch or dinner tasting menu.
And finally for kids a lunch reservation at Farm and Field cafe + farm walk afterwards or at Pips Carriage and a browse through the Trading Post
