Also a local favorite, this place is super cute! Sometimes they have live music going on as well. The moose turds, prime rib, and sliders are especially tasty here.

Don't leave here without some cornbread and make sure you get a little honey drizzle while you're at it!

City/town information

Wallace is a small town that got its name from a local farmer. Like many of the towns in this region, it was created by a silver boom that hit the area in 1884. The entire town is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. There is lots to do here including; taking a tour of the silver mine by someone who actually worked in it, touring the Oasis Bordello Museum (an abandoned brothel someone bought), visiting a near by ghost town, and a ridiculous amount of festivals held there each year (including a multiple day off roading jeep festival!)

Ski/Snowboarding

A little local knowledge for those of you who like to ski or snowboard! This mountain is really great for everyone from the beginner to advanced skier/boader. If you're content riding bunny hills all day DON'T BUY A LIFT TICKET! You can park for free at the base of the bunny slope lift and use the lift all day for free. There is no charge for it. There are also additional routes through trees and with jumps off the same lift. If you need any rentals the mountain has them at a pretty affordable price. There is also a selection of places for food and shopping at the top of the bunny hill lift.

交通アクセス

If traveling in winter bring snow chains.

If you're coming from out of the area make sure to bring snow chains or if you're renting a vehicle check to make sure it has 4 wheel drive. In town it may not be necessary but if you're traveling anywhere outside of town you may need it.
