Be sure to have an appointment for your rentals at the ski/bike shops before you arrive. If you go to the local shop websites you can input all your information (such as height and weight ) which will give them a heads up for your equipment.

At least a week before traveling start to HYDRATE-the altitude can be tougher than you think. Grab a can of oxygen when you first arrive and take some whenever you feel the struggle. This will help you to avoid altitude sickness.
