Sälen is so beutiful if you go up on the fjäll (mountains that are over the treeline). You can do lots of things here. Skiing, hiking on the "fjäll", riding sledge behind sleddogs. The snowfree period you can visit "trollskogen" vid hundfjället witch is about 3 kilometers walk that is a fairytailtrail that is appriciated by kids (and adults).

A super nice walk on the "trolltrail". You have a lot to see while you'r walking this trail. It's also alot of sounds, during the walk. A fun thing to do with both adults and kids.
