Also close to the starting point of the Virginia Capital Trail.
The geography allows for spectacular sunsets, some say the best is viewed from Libby Hill, which also affords a view of the James River.
This is a great walking neighborhood the best way to view the many historic homes and buildings, and sample the offerings at the local chef owned restaurants.

Very close to the downtown public transit.
Also within walking distance to downtown and historic Shockoe Slip and Richmond's Main Street Station (1.1 miles, a 25 minute walk).
