BBQ Franklin Options
1)Moe’s Original BBQ - 2 locations in franklin. The closest to the house is downtown Franklin (901 Columbia Ave). The other location is i-65 N exit 69 off Moores Lane. I highly recommend the chicken sandwich the way it comes with the white sauce and a side off the daily side menu. MY FAVORITE

Outside of Franklin but great choices
1)Smoking Thighs- Chicken Only place that is AWESOME. I65 North and exit at Wedgewood. Look for the giant metal chickens on the roof. We drive to NASHVILLE for this place. I get the thighs on Texas toast with tomatoes and mozzarella and two orders of bacon Mac & Cheese. The drinks are cool with tons of 2 for 1 beers.
