Amazing walks (or runs) along the Promenade are highly recommended, It runs along the coast from the Pools to the Waterfront.

For those that are wanting to do some hiking, Lions head is a must see/do in Cape Town. The views from the top are amazing. The hike up is around 45 minutes depending on fitness

Some great tourist attractions, and shopping. Pretty much all the sea based sightseeing leaves from here. And the helicopter sightseeing too!
Look for trips to Robbin Island and a Marine Safari!

It's not high on my recommended list as I think it's kind of a "seen one seen them all" (Or at least once every 5 years) Much rather go out on a marine safari at sea!
