Uni is a 15 minute drive from the house in peak hour. a Bus ride involves two buses but at least you don't have to fight for a parking Spot. You could also cycle there which takes approx 20 mins.

Were anything with a ball is played. Just a 20 min walk down hill from home. Unfortunately up hill to get home but there are plenty of places to stop for refreshments on the way home.

Great Park for little kids. There are some wonderful interactive amenities and also a small BMX track for the younger kids. This is park also joins into a longer bike way from Bardon to the City.
