We are surrounded by the Mendip hills. You can walk from the cottage to join the Mendip way. In the village is a beautiful nature reserve. Many good surfaced paths through the woods you can walk for miles and get lost or follow trails. Opposite the woods are Priddy ponds, a walk through hillocky grasslands, dotted with large ponds. Dog heaven!

When you reach the top you'll see as far as the coast of Wales. You can then walk to the Queen Victoria pub in Priddy village for well earned refreshment! This walk takes about 90 minutes.
