Come stay in my Arctic Fox camper in the historic Kenton neighborhood, 20 min from both the Airport and Downtown. You will find it hard to believe you staying in a camper as its spacious and has all the features you would expect from a home.
This is a 2007 Arctic Fox 990 Camper that my family loves to call our home away from home. It has all the amenities you would expect from a hotel: - Private bathroom and shower (small but does the job) - Complete kitchen - "Upstairs" bedroom with queen sized Sleep Number bed - Closets - TV (Netflix and Amazon Prime) - Dining room table that converts to second full bed - Air Conditioning - Heating - WiFi The camper is in great condition (clean and comfortable) and roomier than you would expect. The Camper is located between our house and our vegetable garden that provides a nice semi-privet outdoor area; great for sitting outside enjoying some peace and quiet or soaking up the sun while it lasts. We also have a charcoal and gas grill available if you like.
We are located in the Kenton neighborhood of Portland, 1 block away from downtown Kenton where you can find local restaurants, bars, cafes, hair dressers, farmers markers (Fridays in summer), etc... Kenton is a quiet neighborhood with a diverse culture ranging from the Classic Portland Hipster to the Blue Collar Conservative and everything in between.
  • The Arctic Fox was the perfect spot for a weekend exploring Portland. Close to the MAX and nearby restaurants and bars. The camper was great, clean, and well organized. Plenty of space for one or two people.

  • The Arctic Fox was awesome, and Kate was super helpful and responsive to any messages I sent. I'd never slept in a camper before, but it was really cozy and had plenty of room for my 6'1" frame. I would not hesitate to stay here again, we loved it.

    Jared2016-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • It was HOT when we were in Portland and Kate made sure the AC was on and the Artic Fox was cool when we arrived! The location is great and the accommodation has everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

    Jennifer2015-08-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great stay. Just needed an place to shower and sleep and this is prefect and the bed is super comfy

    Titan2016-10-09T00:00:00Z
  • Kate went above and beyond to make my stay at the Arctic Fox an exceptional experience! She provided the essentials and more (pancake mix, coffee, cookies, etc.) which was very thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and stay at the camper again sometime in the future!

    Kathleen2018-01-27T00:00:00Z
  • The Arctic Fox was amazing!!! It was everything we needed at a fantastic price. My biggest regret is not getting to town earlier so I could check out the super-cool area within walking distance. Kate was a great host - she provided us with everything we needed and more. Not only was there a TV, it had Netflix and Amazon Prime hooked up. The queen size Sleep Number bed was super comfy too. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

    Dan2015-08-21T00:00:00Z
  • Kate & her husband were so very kind & hospitable. The camper was very cute, mattress super comfortable and definitely had everything we needed. Very fun, enjoyable experience.

    Melanie2016-05-26T00:00:00Z
  • Kate's trailer made for a comfy stay while I was visiting Portland. I was only there for one night so I didn't have a lot of time to explore the neighborhood, but it was easily accessible by public transit and I felt perfectly safe walking around by myself at night. I had tea at Posie's cafe nearby which was great.

Vintage glory is the best description of the original interior of this 1976 Hi Lo trailer. Old-school wood paneling and linoleum floors, coupled with beer sign, antler and artwork add ons, make this experience cozy and charming. Kitchenette with propane range, mini-fridge, coffee maker and record player make this a cabin on wheels. Books, games and a writing desk will keep you inspired while access to the backyard "lounge" and hot tub provide breathing room for those suffering from cabin fever.
Two adults are ideal for this habitat, although both fold out beds can accommodate two bodies, so four would be the maximum recommended occupancy...but the endorsement is tempered.
The neighborhood of St. Johns is 5 miles north of downtown Portland but full of character, eateries, nightlife and movie theaters. The Hi-Lo Getaway is located 1.5 blocks from the main commercial area of the St. Johns neighborhood, the entirety of which is easily walkable. It also boasts the gorgeous St. Johns Bridge, prototype of its more famous sibling Ms. Golden Gate, arching high above the Willamette River. And just across our famed bridge is easy access to hiking in Forest Park, the largest urban greenway within a metropolitan area in the entire country.
  • Bryan was an awesome host. He was accommodating to our changing check-in time as we were driving down from BC and it took longer than expected. This retro trailer has everything you'll need for an affordable stay in North Portland. It was easy to get anywhere in Portland via car from this location, and we had a fun time exploring the historic St John's neighbourhood. Thanks Bryan!

    Katie Eva2018-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Neat place, nice tub, very Portland lol

    Christopher2018-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • Bryan's place is great! He was responsive and kind. It was just as described and was very cozy. Although it's a small space, it's surprisingly comfortable. It has everything you need (and a hot tub!!) at a decent price.

    Megan2018-07-06T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great time in the trailer, and hut tub, fire place, and bbq made it even better.

    Reza2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • The bed could use some extra padding; I didn't sleep well. It was a squeeze entering the space. It was very hot when we arrived but the air cooled it down eventually.

    Rebekah2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • The Hi-Lo was a super fun stay. Bryan was attentive, the space was great, and we had an excellent time in St. John's. Thanks!

    Neil2018-05-19T00:00:00Z
  • Appreciated Bryan’s flexibility. Cute space.

    Anne2018-08-04T00:00:00Z
  • If quirky city glamping is your style, you’ll love this HiLo trailer. It’s clearly cozy, and has interesting amenities, like a ninja coffeemaker and grinder. The A/C is fine, and it has a heater (although I didn’t attempt to go through the multi-step process for turning it on.) Water isn’t potable, but you can wash your dishes in the kitchenette sink and take a shower in the main house (the shower is also a bit quirky but I did finally get it to work.) If you are so inclined, and have the time, check out the hot tub or hang in the private, shaded back yard under the fig tree. My main issue was that the bed was too soft, but it might be fine if that’s what you like. However, if there are 2 of you, be aware that it is not a full size double, but some odd size, and you’ll probably end up heaped in the center. All that said, I adored it’s retro decor and, best of all, the record player. Yes, record player, with a collection of mostly classical records. If so inclined, do as I did - walk into town to the vinyl store and check the dollar bin for some alternate style contributions to the collection. I added jazz, country, bluegrass, and big band (a worthy $4 spent!) I’d return in a heartbeat if the bed were firmer. Bryan was a responsive and generous host.

The 'Hide Away' is a completely redesigned late (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) 's travel trailer located at The Colony in the St Johns neighborhood of Portland. Bring your friends and include them in your adventures by pairing the Hideaway with our Getaway trailer (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/27405966).
The 'Hideaway' is a completely redesigned late 1970's travel trailer located in a secluded corner on The Colony property in St Johns. It features a king-sized platform bed, small dining table with built-in seats, built-in baggage bench, 8 foot counter top and compact fridge. The Merrimac is heated with a DeLonghi Safeheat radiant heat space heater. The trailer has electricity, but there is no running water. The private bathroom and shower facilities are located on The Colony's back deck, mere steps away from the trailer's front door.
Enjoy St Johns St. Johns strikes a dynamic balance between Portland and Not-Portland. It is close to the city but feels like a small town. The Colony is 25 minutes from PDX airport and 15 minutes from downtown Portland, a stone’s throw from numerous cafes and bars, a supermarket, Movie Theater and live music venues. Just across the beautiful St. Johns Bridge you’ll find Forest Park and Sauvie Island, two of the area’s most famous areas for cycling, hiking and bird watching.
  • Colony's 'Hide Away' was awesome! The bed is great, and the set up for the showers is cool too. Private, comfy, and cleanly, but also keeping the feel of being in the outdoors, even when right in the city! Another great thing; the host found one of our cell phones that we thought we had lost in a cab, and she even waited around for us to return in order to give it to us in person. Great people and great stay!

    Sarah2016-08-01T00:00:00Z
  • The hideaway was really awesome. The bed was comfy. The bathroom and shower room were really nice. Really cool bars and breakfast spots right down the street. Would def stay again.

    Michael2014-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great place to stay. It is only about 20 minutes away from Portland without traffic but it is great none the less. Even if your staying local the community had alot to offer and find unique things. From coffee to beer. I can not say how wonderful the food was because it was awesome. Thank you once again Colony for letting stay here. I will return

    Sergio2017-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • Super cute trailer in a very walkable part of town. Shared bathroom space was no problem. Would absolutely stay again.

    Wyn2018-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • Oh man. I cannot believe this place existed and was so affordable. It was the perfect little honeymoon hideout for one night in Portland. The Hideaway was so clean and modern and cozy. We were a little weary of how warm it would be and also how the whole shower/bathroom situation worked. Turns out they thought of everything at The Colony and had a powerful radiator heater that kept us snug and sleepy in one of the most comfortable beds ever. The bathroom/shower deal was not bad either so even though you have to walk across the patio outside the trailer to get to them, once you are there, they are fancy and modern inside. Really great shower. Recommended. Officially in love with The Hideaway.

    Chrissy2014-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cool spot! Wish we had more time here. Walkable to St. John's little downtown

    Meghan2015-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • The listing was mostly as described with the exception of wireless internet - we were not able to connect throughout our stay. I was in contact with the host via text message and she was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is very quiet - nice cafes/restaurants/bars in walking distance from the trailer.

    Chelsea2015-07-04T00:00:00Z
  • The hide away trailer was very cozy and the facilities were very clean! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Portland! I left my keys behind and they kept them safe for me until I came back, which was a big plus in my book :)

  • Just wanted to start off by saying that this was an amazing experience. Glo and I had planned to drive down from Vancouver, BC, Canada to Oregon for some sightseeing. We finished our 2 night stay in Oregon and decided to head our way back to Canada but started getting tired as the night drew closer. So then we decided to extend our stay an extra night and chose this AIRBNB mainly because the reviews of Shay & James. We tend to choose our stay based mainly on the host and not as much the home itself. Let’s just say.. we absolutely loved it beyond words! It was clean, the vibe was right, and we didn’t want to leave. Would recommend 100%. We will be back James & Shay! Thanks again :)

Camp in our comfortable backyard, vintage guest trailer. Quiet neighborhood on bus lines and run/bike routes. Friendly dog and cat. Use amenities in the house. Perfect for visiting adidas, UP or getting in and out of downtown. Walk to restaurants and bars. Close to parks and Mississippi, Kenton, Alberta, St. Johns neighborhoods.
This small vintage trailer has been remodeled to include a full size bed (super comfy) and modern kitchenette including microwave, toaster oven, and mini fridge. The original dinette also converts to a twin sleeping area (like sleeping in a camper... firm). Late afternoon it’s pretty hot back there on a summer day, but it does have A/C and cools off nicely once the sun goes down. Mornings are made in the shade til about noon, so you can get your beauty rest.
Our neighborhood is a quiet little corner up the street from Adidas US headquarters urban campus and about a mile and a half from University of Portland. We're in one of the best spots for getting to downtown, an easy drive to NW Portland, surrounded by fun bikeable neighborhoods and close the bluffs over Swan Island with a view of Forest Park. We're just a few blocks off of Willamette Blvd. so events like the Portland marathon and Sunday Parkways go right by here. If you go running on a Saturday morning, you'll pass groups of other runners and feel really special when they yell, "Runner!" as you approach.
  • This is the coolest and funkiest Airbnb I have ever stayed at. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Amber's place and the minivan. The "park" 2 blocks away from the place was super cool to explore and there are multiple food and cafe options 5-10 mins (walking) from the house. So.... I actually broke the doorknob to the van and locked myself in the van while Amber was chilling at her friends place. Even tho it was totally my fault, as soon as I let her know, she immediately came back to the house and helped me with this unique situation. I truly appreciate her hospitality and kindness. Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a unique Airbnb experience or simply a place to stay while you are in Portland.

  • This rental is everything it says it is in the description. A cute little private rental out back with a friendly host who is willing to help you out with any questions you may have about the surrounding area.

    Jon2018-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • We enjoyed staying in this unique place. The location was great and the camper is cozy.

    Jane2018-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Y'all. Y'ALL! stay here, it's effing adorable AF and Amber is an amazing host! will def be coming back if it's available :)

    Joshua2018-07-24T00:00:00Z
  • Cute little camper. Great for the price! One tip though, it gets very hot in the afternoon so it’s best to plan to be out during the day

    Mikaiah2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • Amber was very nice and willing to accommodate my needs. However, the entrance was dusty and had various spider webs and the camper was occupied by multiple mosquitoes and spiders as well. The room had a slight stench and felt stuffy. I didn’t end up staying because it just didn’t feel clean. However I’m also not used to the camping lifestyle so if that is your cup of tea then you’ll enjoy the cute set up.

    Kiara2018-07-15T00:00:00Z
  • Really cool space and trailer! The air conditioner was a nice & welcome touch as well.

PLEASE READ This is a 15-16 foot long vintage 1966 Aladdin travel trailer. If you prefer a modern RV this is not the space for you. If you're not accustomed to roughing it or camping or vintage campers, this is not for you . The camper is cleaned and maintained by me regularly and is on my property near my house. This space is ideal for single individuals and couples who would like to rough it a little bit. It is a clean and comfortable and cozy space perfect for 1-2 nights. If you have a feedback of only 1-2 reviews, this is not the accomodation for you. There is no shower or sink in the bathroom. The bathroom does have a toilet. There is a sink in the kitchen. The bed is pull out and is comfortable. There is also a pull out bunk/loft above . There are many cupboards and cabinets to store your belongings . The kitchen has a fully functioning stove and oven and there will be cooking and eating utensils provided. There is a dinette table with booth seats on either side . There are curtains in the windows for privacy. A small air conditioning unit will be provided as well as a fan. A small space heater will be provided on cold nights. It is parked on a grassy lawn with a canopy picnic table provided. Efforts have been made to maintain the period charm of this camper.
This is a quiet neighborhood with very little traffic.

  • This little guy was great for my little budget! It's cozy, the beds are more comfortable than you'd expect of a mobile home and assistance isn't far away if need be.

  • Matthew was a great host with a great location. Communication and booking was easy. It gets cold at night so bring a sweater.

    Juan2018-11-26T00:00:00Z
  • Matthew's trailer is a sweet spot. It's a genuine old one, with a few modern touches, such as a modern little fridge, and a newer pump and release camper toilet that works really well! There were a couple of hiccups during my short stay, such as when the dining table up-ended itself and sent my freshly brewed coffee and Sunday paper tumbling to the floor! Ah well, after a brief episode of dismay, swift clean-up and chuckles, it was onward to brew Mark II and some well caffeinated news! Matthew was super responsive with check-in and other needs, and if he does pay heed to my few tips, you'll find yourself in a perfectly snug, well appointed, but simply stated gorgeous little retro trailer!

    Ginny2018-11-04T00:00:00Z

Stationary 28 foot Kodiak 240BHSL trailer in our driveway in outer East Portland. Includes queen bed with memory foam mattress in private bedroom area, TV with DVD player, u-shape dinette in pop out area that converts to bed, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, A/C, heat, shower, bunk beds (ideal for kids, tight fit for adults). Trailer is newer and nice but still a trailer, so space may be tight. Completely private from main house and equipped with all the basics for your stay!
Chance to try out the trailer life! There are some quirks but we strive to keep it cozy and comfy. We have basic supplies (dishes, towels, bedding, etc) in there, but if you need anything else from the kitchen let us know. The main bed is comfy and cozy with pillows and a down blanket. The dinette converts to a bed which is suitable for sleep for up to 2 adults, however it's a dinette bed, akin to a pull out sofa bed in terms of comfort. The two twin beds have a thin layer of padding although we put a cushy sleeping bad in there for extra padding. The bunk beds are more ideal for kids.
NE 122nd and Fremont. Close and convenient to the airport, right off i84 freeway, close to i205. 15 minutes to downtown in light traffic. The neighborhood itself is family neighborhood with nicer homes, quiet and quaint. Plenty of street parking available. There is a lovely park one block away, off leash pet area, kid play zone, walking trails, etc. all nearby. We know the area well and can direct you to local restaurants/bars/shopping/parks. Uber Eats will deliver to our address (Amazon Eats does not)

Cozy trailer in our backyard in inner SE Portland Hawthorne Belmont neighborhood. Walk to Mt. Tabor, the Bagdad Theater, ¿Por Qué No? the local vintage arcade, and more! Or just stay and hang out in your own back yard zone with and play the vintage Atari, work your way through the classic VHS selection, or hang out outside and eat your take-out by the wood-burning chiminea in the private fenced area.
The Aristocrat is humble but comfortable, for an inner-city, uplifted camping experience. You have access to your own private outdoor shower, and it is just a hop across the yard to access sink and toilet in the main house. The restroom has easy outdoor access and is used only by you during your stay.
  • It’s really cute , cozy , with a nice outdoor space

    Brian2018-11-09T00:00:00Z
  • The Aristocrat is the cutest camper we've stayed in! Checking in was easy, I got a message with all of the information we needed the day of the stay. The camper was spotless and had all the amenities listed in the description. I can't say enough about how cute it was, inside and out. The separate bathroom in the house was easy to find. If you're nervous about staying in a camper in the fall/winter, don't be. There's a space heater that kept it warm all night. We'd be more than happy to stay again, maybe in the summer when we can take advantage of the outdoor area!

    Sydney2018-11-14T00:00:00Z
  • Wonderful urban camping experience complete with a great outdoor shower. Our hosts Greg and Mika were great at communicating and providing a lovely stay.

    Kerri2018-09-27T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed here in the fall and were worried about the shower and warmth of the trailer at night, but neither was a problem. The shower gets really warm really fast and the heater inside the trailer gets that place toasty in no time. Take advantage of the sauna, it’s worth it.

    Liz2018-11-01T00:00:00Z
  • Cute spot, it was perfect for the night on my way through the state. I enjoyed the outdoor shower.

    Patrick2018-10-07T00:00:00Z
  • Greg's place was a great place for a stop over in Portland. Everything was as advertised and the place had a wonderfully cozy feel to it, and even though it was getting a bit chilly in Portland, the housing stayed a nice temp from some heating units in the trailer. Both hosts make you feel right at home and they were super helpful in giving some suggestions for stuff to do while in town. Wouldn't hesitate or think twice to stay here again for sure!

Featured on Dwell, Hunker, Sunset and Portland Monthly's Design Annual, our 1958 Airstream gives the comforts of home in a uniquely tiny space. It's a cozy nook for all you curious wanderers seeking to experience Portland. Parked in our side yard, you'll be walking distance to culinary delights, local gems, and just minutes from downtown. It comfortably sleeps two. As compact as the space is, it offers full amenities: running water, heat/AC, WiFi, a real mattress, kitchenette, and bathroom.
We spent two years carefully crafting the interior design details of the Silver Sequoia so that it would remain true to its road-worthy Airstream heritage. As long-time Portlanders it was important to us to build and create a unique space for guests to experience modern, nomadic homesteading and get a chance to leave a small footprint while they travel. The stove, heat and hot water all run off of propane. The trailer is hooked up to running water except for the toilet. The toilet's a nearly-magical unicorn of a composting toilet, magical because it doesn't smell, a unicorn because this way you'll be contributing to mother nature instead of flushing it away! Electrical is designed to power all the important amenities like AC, mini-fridge; and there's plenty of extra power to run your personal items like laptops, phones, but it won't, unfortunately, be able to handle your high-wattage items like hair-dryers. During hot days we have AC and sun sails to shelter you from the worst of the heat. And for the wintery season, we feature on-demand hot water for luxurious bathing. (We love how deep our repurposed stock tank tub turned out!) We also have two heaters, a warm duvet, extra bedding, and a dehumidifier to keep you feeling toasty, but never soggy ;) Located right in the middle of the city but on a quiet neighborhood biking street, we have off-street parking, but ask you to be considerate of our neighbors and cyclists. We enjoy sharing all we love about Portland, and stock the space with some of our favorite local coffee and teas. Return guests get a 10% discount, so please remind us when you re-book! We look forward to sharing our Silver Sequoia with you :)
You'll be nestled in the quiet close-in Southeast neighborhood of Buckman, but still right in the heart of Portland. During your stay you'll find you can walk/bike to almost anywhere: from restaurants, bars, shows, markets, movies, parks … the list is never ending. As long time Portlanders, we're constantly discovering new places too. We update our Guidebook often with our favorites but never hesitate to reach out with some personal recommendations.
  • The airstream was so cute when we arrived. Everything was clean and there was soap, towels, pillows, clean sheets, etc. they even went above and beyond and asked us what kind of coffee we like and bought it for us. They were so hospitable and immediately replied to every single one of our messages with a kind reply or a suggestion of what to do that day. We loved the suburb feel of the city. Next time we are in Portland, we will definitely stay here again!

    Angela2018-07-27T00:00:00Z
  • This is a magical little spot. It’s small but mighty. Every detail is curated so thoughtfully. Cynthia made my stay a breeze by holding my luggage before check in so I could explore without my heavy bag. We wandered all around the city from this spot and had a time. Will definitely check to see if this is available the next time I’m in Portland!!

    Elly2018-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • So cool! Awesome location, super hip interior, easy check-in/out - everything you could want for a quick stop in Portland. Highly recommended.

    Ryan2018-12-31T00:00:00Z
  • The airstream was so cozy and perfect! We had a great stay and loved how close it was to so many great Portland things!

    Heidi2018-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • What a cool space! Great location near shopping/dining/food cards/bar/public transportation, plus very stylish and comfortable. Be aware there's no shower, only a tub; but it's great for a nice soak.

    Ailee2018-08-09T00:00:00Z
  • Would recommend the silver sequoia to anyone traveling to Portland. The space is unique, absolutely beautiful, and thoughtfully designed. Cynthia was so sweet, communicative, and impressive. They made us feel right at home. We hope to be back someday.

Aspro's Garden RV is located in secluded private garden, conveniently situated between downtown Portland Oregon and the spectacular Columbia Gorge. It has all you need for a comfortable stay.
Aspro's Garden RV is a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) foot unit with large slide out. This secluded and private Airbnb RV accommodates up to 2 people and is waiting to be enjoyed. It has a queen size walk around bed with pillow top mattress, dining/living/kitchen area with a sofa, two recliners and an equipped kitchen. You can enjoy music on the built in Bluetooth system or you can watch movies on Netflix or DVDs. You can also watch TV channels. No smoking on the premises, please. You may be interested in another listing on the property - Apsro's Garden Suite at https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/6609441. Please take a look. The proprietor, Marianne, a true cosmopolitan who was born in the UK and raised in the Mediterranean, welcomes visitors into a unique Portland experience. She and her husband, Jan, both world travelers have interpreted the best of their own Airbnb experiences into Aspro's. Whether guests plan a visit to the diverse culture and activities of Portland, plan to tour the waterfalls and breathtaking scenery of the Columbia Gorge, or have their own schedule, Aspro's is a place they will return to again and again.
We live in the Wilkes neighborhood in what was once a cul de sac. It is residential with single family homes with sidewalks. There are several markets, pubs and restaurants close by.
  • We had a great stay at Marianne's place. Both her and her husband were very friendly and accomodating, and explained everything we needed to know about the RV right as we arrived. We were provided some basic food and drink, the kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Though we didn't end up cooking anything, this seems great for an extended stay. Marianne told us of a few spots nearby we could go hiking at. We had a truly fantastic time in Portland and we couldn't have asked for better logging.

    Dominik2017-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Marianne's RV was a great place to stay! It is incredibly clean, spacious and cozy. Beyond that, it sits behind her beautiful garden! We loved being there and would definitely choose it again.

    Lindsay2017-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • A friend and I stayed at Marianne and Jan's during our first trip to Portland, and we had a wonderful time. The photos and description were spot on, and the RV was immaculate. We were given thorough directions and found the place without any problems. We had a rental car because we wanted to do some scenic drives around Oregon, but there appeared to be plenty of trains that we could have taken to get around the city, to/from the RV, etc. Marianne met us upon arrival and she had refreshments waiting for us, including a lovely bottle of wine (neither of us are wine drinkers, unfortunately, so the next guest will have an extra little something to enjoy!). We were given fantastic suggestions regarding things to do around the city, as well as hikes and drives to go on, and all of the suggestions were perfect... exactly what we were looking for! The camper is cozy, but had plenty of space for the two of us. It really was just like staying in a small apartment. Marianne and Jan are outstanding hosts, and even invited us over for breakfast. We took them up on their offer one morning, and Marianne is an excellent cook. She shared fascinating stories, and she is one of the friendliest, most interesting people we've met in a long time. The entire stay went off without a hitch and we would definitely recommend staying there. Note to future guests: when inside the camper, make sure you give the front door a good tug... if you don't, it might not close all the way and could unexpectedly swing open. :) Thank you, Marianne and Jan, for your hospitality!

    Jason2017-05-21T00:00:00Z
  • Just wonderful... every aspect... and Marianne was a spectacular host...

    Barbara2017-08-22T00:00:00Z
  • The place is WONDERFUL, Marianne and Jan are AMAZING hosts, and the experience is magnificent. Just 10 minutes from airport PDX, and 15 from Downtown. Clean and well maintained. Excellent communication and interpersonal experience with the hosts. Most certainly recommended for stay. I wish I had more time to spend in Portland.

    David2017-06-09T00:00:00Z
  • Marianne's place is very cozy and modern. She was very attentive to our needs and flexible on check-in. It also didn't hurt that after a long day of hoofing it around Portland, we got to rest in the most comfortable bed we had seen all week. The neighborhood was also quite nice and quiet, with good highway access for getting to Portland or out to various area attractions like Multnomah Falls.

    Rick2017-06-24T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great chance to have your own private house and experience RV living. Marianne is a great hostess and had little extras like juice and breakfast items available. The RV was very comfortable for our one night stay.

Comfy and spacious airstream trailer. Full kitchen, bathroom, and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals. Convenient location in northeast Portland. Easy access to airport, the Alberta arts district, and just a 5 minute walk to neighborhood cafes and restaurants. Spent most of 2017-2018 traveling and we are back and ready to share it with new travelers!
It's a 2013 airstream that's 30' long. Lots of light and plenty of space. Propane stove oven, microwave, and all you'd need to prepare and cook a meal. Stall shower and separate bath. All the amenities for comfy living.
Woodlawn neighborhood in NE Portland. Just a few blocks from the center of the neighborhood that has Woodlawn Coffee and Pastry, Breakside Brewery, and the Firehouse (amongst others). Woodlawn park is extremely close by as well. There is a farmers market every Saturday through the spring and summer. Very chill neighborhood and community.
  • Really lovely airstream. We had a great time staying in Portland.

    Camella2016-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • This is such a cool place We like to stay in places that are different than the average and this is a super nice, modern, airstream camper that was very clean. It has a great location for East Portland as it is a pretty small city and as long as you have a car, nothing is really far away. Parking was also easy and it was no hassle to get in the place as James puts the keys in a lock box so you do not have to coordinate times or meet-ups or anything like that. Shower and bathroom are surprisingly nice and spacious..maybe better than you imagine, Plenty of room to lounge around and even cook a simple meal if you like. Would definitely stay again and great value.

    James2016-09-10T00:00:00Z
  • James was great! After having a really bad experience with a Portland Airstream host in the Mt. Tabor neighborhood, we felt like our hopes of finding another Airstream in Portland were slim to none. Then we found James' listing, and boy were we happy we did! He was super warm & hospitable when we arrived, but gave us our space during our stay. And the Airstream was gorgeous inside & out, very modern & clean. Didn't hear a peep from his dogs & they were happy & wagging their tails every time they saw us. The neighborhood was very safe & walkable, with a good coffee place a few blocks away & restauants too. A great experience & someplace we'd definitely stay at again.

    Ursula2016-09-20T00:00:00Z
  • This was a fun place to stay! we will definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

    Jonathan2016-09-23T00:00:00Z
  • The airstream was fantastic! And it was so close to great food and brews. The airstream was super spacious and was equipped with everything you may need. Sadly, we never met James but he always responded to our texts. We only wish we would've stayed there longer. We would definitely stay here again.

    Annette2016-09-15T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastico! Hemos pasados aquí tres días y una vez que coje las medidas a la caravana resulta cómodo estar en ella. Cerca de los barrió más bonito de la ciudad. Thank you James for the tools!

  • Staying in an Airstream in Portland, OR was amazing! What an awesome experience. James was a great host! The place was clean and super cozy in a very quiet neighborhood. We'll definitely hit this place up again when we visit Portland. Thanks James!

All are welcome in this musician's tiny home! When the owner is on tour, she rents out her cozy little trailer. Perfect for one person, or a couple. Close to grocery stores, a main bus line, and a myriad of restaurants. Private bathroom (with composting toilet), full kitchen, free street parking, and tons of funky character!
The trailer is a bit funky, and is well-suited for those with a sense of adventure and a DIY attitude. Sort of a lesson in urban eco-living!
This is the edge of FoPo, the Foster-Powell neighborhood. Just a few blocks from 82nd Street and the Jade district, which is filled with the best Asian restaurants and groceries in town. SE Division Street is nearby - a stretch of road famous for having SO many amazing restaurants (https://pdx.eater.com/maps/se-division-best-restaurants-portland). We are also just a mile from Mt. Tabor Park, for gorgeous sunsets and walks amidst tall trees (http://www.oregonlive.com/travel/index.ssf/2016/04/mount_tabor_hike_is_a_perfect.html.) And be sure to check out Montavilla, a sweet nearby neighborhood with shops, restaurants, and some truly amazing hand-crafted cocktails (http://vintagepdx.com/).
  • Awesome space, if you’re into checking out something unique and different book it today!

    Hunter2018-11-24T00:00:00Z
  • It was a little more rundown than we expected. The tiling was chipped, it wasn’t very clean, the bathroom is very cramped.. with some work it could be a really charming rental, but we were not happy at all, we didn’t end up staying and checked out immediately.

    Sean2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Great cozy place to stay, I loved it. Anna responded very quickly and left great suggestions for local restaurants, theaters, etc. Thanks!!

  • This was a great little camper that I never wanted to leave! Small but cozy, the basics are provided and then some. Everything is labeled and explained well to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. Would absolutely stay again or recommend!

  • The camper was a highlight of our brief Portland visit. It's cute and cosy with more kitchen amenities than I imagined and a lot of charming personal touches. It was my first time using AirBnB and I appreciated how smooth the booking process was and all of the local recommendations from Anna. Thanks again! -Kelsey & Jacob

    Kelsey2018-09-18T00:00:00Z
  • We loved Anna’s cozy home! It had all the amenities that were needed plus more! Everything was very self explanatory thanks to her detailed guide. (: I recommend staying in her place!

    Kathryn2018-08-08T00:00:00Z
  • The space was all I could as for and more! Allison (our host) was so friendly and accommodating and her daughter Anna (owner of the RV) gave me some amazing recommendations for things to do around Portland. The location was also ideal. Very close to thrift stores, cafes, and music venues. And I can't forget all the special little decorative touches inside of the RV. I had a wonderful experience! Thank you Allison and Anna! Cheers

    Chantel2018-07-01T00:00:00Z
  • At first, I was skeptical but after the first night, I really liked it. I am trying to become zero waste mindful when I travel, but thanks to Anna her place is set up for that. She is mindful of the environment, and her trailer is Eco-friendly. The cherry on top she had laundry detergent because as I was exploring the area I did 3 workout sessions and I forgot to ask if Anna if she had any detergent and at the stroke of luck she already had some in the trailer, life saver right there.

  • You can tell from the photos this place is going to be beautiful, but the special touches are what really set it apart. They left out fresh fruit for us, were there to greet us upon a very late arrival, gave us suggestions for breakfast/brunch and hiking, and helped with anything we needed. Oh and there is a cute puppy named Trudy, which is always a plus. Highly recommend! Great people, great place!

  • Our hosts were awesome. Quick responses and thoughtful gestures. I recommend booking the super clean Airstream. Makes your stay unique and peaceful. Keep in mind it can be really tight in some areas but overall it has all you need. View is amazing and couldn’t ask for better hosts. Thank you!

  • My husband and I loved staying here! A bit off the beaten path but worth the trip!!! This beautiful Airsteam is super comfy, the view is unbeatable and the welcoming party (a beautiful puppy) made the trip even better. I would suggest this to everyone and anyone. We’ll be back, next time we’re in Portland!

  • Bruce was an excellent host and clearly communicated everything I needed to know. The Airstream was very comfortable and the view is amazing.

  • What a wonderful experience! We absolutely loved staying at this sweet airstream, it was cozy & comfortable. Trudy (their dog) was such a wonderful bonus when she came and snuggled and got pets from my friend and I, and I will definitely be booking again for my next trip to PDX! The views were stunning, and it was so wonderful to be able to sip coffee and sit on the porch and take it all in. I loved how close we were in to everything but it felt like we were worlds away in the woods as well! I definitely recommend booking with Bruce!

    Kendall2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Bruce’s place was super clean and beautiful! They left fruit on the table for us and had a very cute and friendly dog named Trudy :-) my boyfriend and I arrived pretty late at night and Bruce was very kind and understanding! It’s a tiny space but the bed is comfortable and it’s very charming with a really nice view and location!

Heated Airstream 25' Flying Cloud w/ QN bed, shower, stove, oven, fridge, microwave, local books, stereo, breakfast foods & snacks. On the OR Scenic Bike Path- minutes from Pacific U. & Portland - in the heart of vineyards & wineries.Super cozy& WARM!
Your own private room in a beautiful rose garden, located minutes from everything exciting! Portland- 30 minutes, Hagg Lake-15 minutes, Pacific University -15 minutes, and the Oregon Coast is only an hour away. You are directly on the Oregon Scenic Bike Path, in the middle of wine country! 420 and pet friendly. Sleeps two in the queen bed and up to 2 more on the conversion bed, made from the dining table. Its COZY with 4 people, as this is an RV...but very do-able. We are on a BEAUTIFUL country road, that is WELL traveled. WE have added a white noise machine to reduce any road noise for our guest, as well as a new privacy design for the yard coming fall of 2015.The Airstream itself is airtight, so it is extremely quite inside.
We have a 100 plus yr old pioneer Church just around the corner. In the fall, Verboort is famed for its Sausage Festival. The bells from this Church will greet you throughout the day. Sunrise in the country also includes serenades from our rooster and his flock . Neighborhood prize dairy cows will often greet you from the pasture across our road. This dairy was recently awarded the distinction of Century Farm.
  • From the moment we approached the Airstream trailer area, we were charmed.. I danced up the stairs into this cute space to the jazzy tunes that the hostess had playing in the built in radio onboard. Fantastic. It set the scene for me. Then I saw fresh roses in a mason jar, fresh tomatoes and cukes and peppers, farm fresh eggs in the fridge and lots of bottled water just for our use.. I made a yummy omelet for breakfast the next morning. Our stay was brief , but comfy. It was our first time in an airstream..loved it..The bed is really comfy, shower cozy and warm, in fact we really felt "cuddled" in the trailer for our time there. It rained the nite we stayed..I know...rare in Oregon, huh?..and we loved the sound on the rounded shiny roof.. All in all an A-1 experience.. Thanks Kari

  • An awesome time spent in this perfectly kept Airstream! It faces away from the main home and has its own small patio with some plants for privacy. Very relaxing! Super nice host :). Very recommended!

  • Kari was really great about contacting us before the rental started. She had everything super clean and all ready to go when we got there, a bit later than originally anticipated. The airstream was awesome. It was well stocked and a joy to stay in for a couple of days, even in the rainy Oregon weather. Oh, and the location made it very easy to head out to the Oregon coast for a day trip!

    Tony2016-02-15T00:00:00Z
  • A fun place to stay. The pictures were very accurate, and Kari is a kind host. The Airstream is easy to get to, and was central for all that we needed. We were visiting family in the area. I shared the Airstream with my teenage son. He found the table/bed easy to set up and enjoyed his own TV. We had a couple of glitches because of the very cold weather, but Kari promptly solved our problems. I would stay again. Especially as a retreat just for me. :-)

  • I was there for business purposes but what a great way to spend a weekend. way better than a hotel!

    Leo2017-09-12T00:00:00Z
  • This airstream trailer is beautifully equipped with everything you could want during your stay. Even a spot to tie out your dog, flowers inside upon arrival, and a super comfortable bed! All of the conveniences of home in a cute package! We only met our host for a short moment, but she was available if we needed anything.

    Lisa2017-07-31T00:00:00Z
  • What a fun way to turn an ordinary work trip night into a stay that you'll remember later! Kari keeps it VERY clean, modern, stylish. Would stay again!

  • Very nice and interesting experience staying in a Airstream trailer but but being parked so close to the highway was quite loud in the early morning hours.

Beautiful 20 Foot 2013 Airstream Silver Cloud. Fully contained and private. 10 minutes to downtown by bus or bike. Stay in - cook in or explore the city. Very safe neighborhood. You will love it!! I do!
  • Very cozy! Such a lovely place to stay!

    Jennylyn2016-06-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great location in a beautiful neighbourhood. Close to downtown either by bus or car, and driving around this neighbourhood was unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Sandi was quick to reply if I had any questions and was super sweet upon checking in. Bed is obviously a little small given the circumstances but the space was clean, modern, and comfortable! I’d definitely stay again

    Matthew2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Norma is awesome!! It was the perfect location, pictures didn't do the place justice. Sandi was an awesome host, warm and welcoming and even let us keep our car out on the street after we checked out so we could carpool with our family for the afternoon. We loved our stay, definitely recommend this place and we will stay here again!

    Lexi2017-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Norma was adorable and I had a great sleep. The wifi signal was very weak and I wasn't able to use the internet unless I stood in the driveway. My sleep was so good that it didn't even matter.

    Sana2017-08-16T00:00:00Z
  • Was great. Was is Hillsdale neighborhood, which we've never explored before and had fun.

    Adelynn2018-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • Sandi's airstream was perfect for my boyfriend and I. We only needed a place to stay for about a day and a half, and this place was less than a 10 minute drive from downtown. The airstream was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again!

    Sarah2016-08-29T00:00:00Z
  • So cozy. Host is so great!

  • It was a pleasure meeting Sandi and staying in her Airstream Airbnb. The location is very convenient to downtown Portland and we enjoyed the wooded environment that this Airstream was located. The Airstream mattress is extremely comfortable and we found it very comfortable. Thank you Sandi for being such a wonderful Hostess!

Anniefaye is our little trailer that could. She was built in Aloha Oregon back in 1963. We recently took her around the country, 8,522 miles to be exact, and she's a total dream boat to stay in! Equipped with electric, as well as water hook up (if needed). There are propane tanks so you can boil water for your morning French press, etc, however we also have a kitchen that we're happy to have you use in our home! The couch folds out into a full bed, and dining table is a slightly sm double bed.
Our space is super homey! We want you to feel at home here (and we really do mean that). Sit by the fire and enjoy a glass of wine. Walk around Lents Park which is a block and a half a away, or walk/bike to see the goats on 92nd! Sip hot coco and watch a movie in our trailer on your laptop. Our WiFi reaches your space just fine. The bathroom is shared and located inside our house. We're here for you anytime, but we also respect your space if you're looking for an escape and privacy.
We recently just moved to this neighborhood and love it! Our neighbors are very kind and people look out for eachother. We are a 1 1/2 blocks from Lents Park, a few blocks from gas station, a plaza with shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater. Very close to bars, cafes, and what was known as the "Belmont Goats". There are concerts in the park come summer time, and Lents has an amazing farmers market that will start back up in May!
  • My girlfriend and I stayed at the trailer for three nights. What can I say about this place? AMAZING!!! Everything is cleaned and very cozy. They made us feel very welcomed. We wish we could stay there a little bit longer, but we will come back soon and book “The Annie Faye” (name of the trailer, isn’t it cute?). We are looking forward to booking again! :)

    Hugo2018-08-30T00:00:00Z
  • Our stay in dear Anniefaye made our quick jaunt to Portland feel lush and relaxed. Ben and Gwen are excellent hosts, and accommodated for our late night arrival. There were so many personal touches that warmed my heart. I could not recommend this stylish and cozy camper more! Did I mention how comfy the bed was? We look forward to staying again.

    Haley2018-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Ben and Gwen are amazingly accommodating. They gave great tips on where to go to eat in Portland. The Anniefaye is an adorable place to stay and my new fiancé and I were quite comfortable.

    Cherish2018-06-18T00:00:00Z
  • Very clean The hosts are terrific

    Tamra2018-05-20T00:00:00Z
  • Ben and Gwen are among the most hospitable and kind folks I have ever met. Ben went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was comfortable as soon as I arrived. They opened up their home to me without hesitation and were gracious enough to let me crash their Saturday evening together. They were exemplary hosts, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay in Anniefaye again someday!

    Brandon2018-08-12T00:00:00Z
  • Ein tolles junges Paar, die mich in ihrer Art und Lebensstile begeisterteren.

    Natali2018-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible hosts, lovely home

    Sarah2018-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • We stayed in the Anniefaire on our way down to a family memorial and on the way back up to the airport. Gwendolyn and Ben have a small but sweet place to rest a weary body. They offer the perfect combination of offering help in a variety of ways as well as giving people their privacy. Their kindness goes above. If you are looking for a nice cozy place that is quiet but within walking distance from the MAX and shopping, the Anniefaire is perfect. Thank you Gwendolyn and Ben. We will return someday. Enjoy Portland while "Glamping" in the city! Our sweet "Sugar" has been lovingly renovated and is waiting for you. Walk score of 96. Cozy rig parked in our driveway off 34th ave. SE off the famous Hawthorne district near Belmont Ave too (fun!!)
Our cozy vintage Trailer comfortably sleeps 2 people. The stove and oven are not part of the rental. You can use microwave or BBQ. It is parked in our driveway located in the heart of inner SE Portland between Hawthorne and Belmont streets. There are over 25 restaurants within a few blocks and 2 movie theaters and many bars and art galleries sprinkled around our neighborhood. We have a walk score of 96! Its a vibrant area with many walkers, bikers and pedestrians. Enjoy the soothing sound of rain when it rains in Portland. The pitter patter will remind you that you are in the great pacific northwest! Our trailer is parked in front of our garage, off the street with a pedestrian sidewalk right outside your trailer door. You can people watch from the windows or in the yard where we have set up a table & chairs for you. There can be a fair amount of people & bikes going by and you should know we are in a lively neighborhood. I have had some guests say they heard nothing & others say they could hear as the walkers & bike riders go by. It is in the city. Not rural at all. But that's what makes it fun! A quick walk in any direction you will find adventure!
We just love our neighborhood! With a walk score of 96, it doesn't get much better. We love all the old painted ladies (brightly-colored Victorian houses) & many restaurants, bars, music venues, salons, grocery stores, movie theaters, liquor store, tea and coffee places, parks, 2 blocks to bus stop. 10 min bus ride downtown and near the Moda center. We are in a residential area with many neighbors. 2 blocks to busy and entertaining Hawthorne street or 3 blocks to the fun Belmont street. Very friendly 420 neighborhood, but at the same time its not all you smell! Its a beautiful neighborhood!
  • Definitely 'cozy,' but super nice hosts, and the location could not be better.

    Christopher2017-06-06T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed in 'Sugar' for almost three weeks and absolutely loved every second of it. I highly recommend this awesome little trailer to anyone coming to Portland. While there were many wonderful things about this accommodation I think the best would have to be the location. I grew up in Portland so I can confidently say this is the best area in the city to be in. Besides that, it'st just an extra cool, Portland-y place to stay. Carrie and Brian were super communicative and immediately answered any questions that came up. I really don't have a single negative thing to say. Wish I could have stayed longer!

    Matthew2018-04-22T00:00:00Z
  • I can't recommend Sugar highly enough! This unique camper is perfect for a great little getaway weekend. She's cozy and super cute- and Carrie and Brian are the best hosts! They greeted me with fresh fruit and a local beer and I felt right at home! The camper is located 2 blocks off Hawthorne, so there are tons of bars, restaurants, and things to do within quick walking or biking distance. I LOVED staying here- just wish it would've been longer!

    Marley2017-03-26T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie & Brian were wonderful hosts to my friend and I! Their travel trailer, Sugar, is so cute! They did an amazing job making the inside feel so cozy and right. Oh and, PERFECT location. Loved it!

    M Alexis2015-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie and Brian are the best hosts! Their location is perfect for pretty much wherever you want to go. If I am ever back in Portland I will stay with them!

    Cindy2018-08-14T00:00:00Z
  • Great neighborhood .

    Lisa2018-07-17T00:00:00Z
  • Staying in Carrie and Brian's glamper was fantastic! Carrie was super communicative with my friend and I before and all during our stay, and they were very understanding when we had to arrive a little later than planned. They greeted us upon arrival to make sure we knew where everything was and to see if we had any other questions, and while that was the first time I've ever met any of my AirBNB hosts in person, they're going to be pretty hard to top! They made us feel welcomed and at home, and Sugar is the sweetest camper I've ever seen, never mind had the pleasure of staying in. I've got my fingers crossed that they'll be available when I want to stay in the area again.

Experience the "Daisy". Visit the 70's in our lovingly refurbished vintage 17ft. Aljo trailer just 20 minutes from PDX and downtown, a great choice for budget travel if your feeling groovy! ?
    Very unique!
The location is incredibly accessible to the freeways but doesn't really feel like it. With lots of foliage and large trees. It is handy to Mt Hood, Columbia Gorge, and downtown portland.
  • Misty's place is a little tucked away sanctuary. Not too close to the house, with its own private outside area, it is an affordable and peaceful place to stay. The decor is amazing and the amenities are fantastic too. I had the best nights sleep here and would love to stay again.

    Jessica2017-08-06T00:00:00Z
  • The Lazy Daisy was such a great little place to stay. Clackamus was a nice area and it was very easy to find Misty's home. We were very comfortable and warm all night while it was raining outside! Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends :)

    Anna2017-06-15T00:00:00Z
  • Fantastic spot for a night of relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and ability to grill out and relax for the night. Would stay here again in the future.

  • The Daisy was perfect for my trip thru Portland. Very clean & cozy!

    Jennifer2017-11-20T00:00:00Z
  • Misty definitely went above and beyond designing 'The Daisy' as a fun, 70s-style retreat! I was endlessly entertained with all the little retro touches both inside and outside the camper. It's truly a camper, so if you need a spacious environment, this might not be the best fit for you (no pun intended) - however, if you just want a fun place to bunk for a night, this is a great spot. The yard where the camper is parked is actually very spacious, and had I come at a warmer time of year, I definitely would have enjoyed some of the outdoor living on offer (bbq, lounge chairs, hammock, etc.). I got a little lost trying to find the house at first, but I was able to get in touch with Misty right away on the phone and she was very patient in talking me through the directions. And yes, the camper is clean, warm, comfortable, and appropriately-stocked...I think the only thing I wasn't able to find inside was kleenex, but it was still totally worth it. This place is groovy. :)

    Sara2017-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Such an amazing place to stay! We felt like we had been transported back to the 70s! Wished we could have stayed longer, thanks misty!

    Madeleine2017-02-19T00:00:00Z
  • The Lazy Daisy is a super cute trailer with many details. The setting outside the trailer is so beautiful and relaxing. The host Misty is really friendly and very help. The communication was in a timely matter. We had a great time staying in Lazy Daisy.

  • Great hosts! We loved the big common area and hanging out with the dogs!

    Nicki2018-09-16T00:00:00Z
  • Super conveniently located on the No. 4 bus line into the center of Portland, Dirk and Corey’s space is peaceful, comfortable and welcoming. They are kind and open minded, with a heart for home grown food, furry companions, easy spaces and warm connection to people and place. Dirk was helpful beyond his professional hosting of us, and I would count myself happy and lucky to stay here again in Portland!

    Nicola2018-08-25T00:00:00Z
  • Dirk & Corry’s homestead was fantastic! It was a great place to relax, but also close enough to all the public transportation we needed to get around the city. We had a great time with them and their well trained dog Dasher. The retro camper was a great touch to a beautiful property. 10 out of 10!

    Jimmy2018-07-16T00:00:00Z
  • My partner and I stayed with Dirk & Corey and really loved it! The space really gives the feeling of privacy and space while still being close to the city. The hospitality was great and so friendly, including the dogs. Thanks for everything!

    Tony2018-09-03T00:00:00Z
  • I stayed with Dirk & Corey for three days, and was very comfortable. They were very accommodating, and I felt like I could ask any question. Brooke and Jordan were so lovely as well. The dogs are well behaved and love to play if you have down time. I highly recommend staying with them, and do so again myself.

    Maja2018-09-09T00:00:00Z
  • Great place to spend a weekend. A little cramped on the inside but an amazing backyard to take advantage of good weather!

    James2018-07-23T00:00:00Z
  • This was a very unique and organic atmosphere to lay your head. The setup is very unique and perfect for a stay in Portland. We would definitely come back again.

    Matt2018-07-28T00:00:00Z
  • This is a cozy and cute camper in a spacious backyard! It was a pleasure to sleep in and enjoy the feeling of being outdoors, while still staying super comfortable. The small pullout twin bed is perfectly nice to sleep on, and there's also a larger bed built-in. It was nice to hear a bit of rain sprinkling on the roof and the birds chirping in the morning! The trailer has various amenities, like linens, towels, a water main, and a heater, but it is still relatively basic, so be aware that you may need to walk through the yard to the main house's restroom - the outdoor shower is great, as well! Overall it was perfectly "secluded" while still being accessible, both in terms of the yard setup and the neighborhood.

  • Carol's RV was very roomy and comfortable. Everything was clean and as described and we got so many things we didn't expect, such as a ton of cooking supplies so we had a lot of fun cooking meals. The beds were super comfortable and Carol made sure we were happy and everything was working for us. She also went over the top for us and gave us a few rides out since we didn't have a car and we appreciated that so much. Carol is an amazing person and a wonderful host, so I definitely recommend staying with her! Thank you so much again, Carol and I hope to meet you again!

    Wolf2018-10-30T00:00:00Z
  • We quite enjoyed our stay at Carol and Steve's place. They are very friendly and attentive hosts. Their location was a nice neighborhood - wooded and quiet. The accommodations are as described - a travel trailer in their large back yard. A nice kitchen/dining area, a small RV shower, an RV-style toilet and a very comfortable bed. It was great to be able to park off-street. We mainly used it as a place to sleep so did not get to take advantage of the rec room or the outdoor patio and hot tub. This was a perfect fit for our needs and our budget!

    Robert2018-08-18T00:00:00Z
  • Carol was a wonderful host and her space was great. A bit roomier than you would think with plenty of open space. Bed was very comfortable and provided a fantastic nights sleep. Neighborhood was quiet and a great location. Wish I would have had an extra day just to hang aroun this very relaxing retreat

    Tyrel2018-08-27T00:00:00Z
  • Carol’s place is wonderful! It is a roomy yet cozy camper, with everything you need for a night or a week. It is fully stocked with everything you need, from snacks, coffee and tea, paper products.... as well as cooking supplies if you want to fix all of your meals there. And Carol is a gem; it’s important to her that her guests are comfortable and have everything they need, and can answer all of your questions about Portland, nearby restaurants, happenings around town.... Our stay has been so enjoyable because of this great family and the attention to detail that they use with us in mind.

  • Thanks for the stay, would recommend

    Thomas2018-08-20T00:00:00Z
  • Carol, Was a great host. The place was clean, accessible and secured. It was only 10 miles from Downtown Portland. We enjoyed the hot tub a lot and the privacy throughout our stay. Awesome place!

    Katia2018-11-11T00:00:00Z
  • Not 420 friendly, if you just need a bed and a cold shower this is the place for you. If it’s raining, and your smoking outside, in the designated smoking area, you will get drenched so bring a rain coat and there’s gravel so bring slippers. Hot tub is only big enough for 2 people. You have to follow all the rules, and there are quite a lot of rules. Wasn’t very relaxing. Casey

    Casey2018-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • We enthusiastically (and with great feeling) enJOYed Carol and Steve’s lovely outside-the-box retreat. Everything one could practically need was offered within this small abode PLUS game room a with pool table and cozy 2 person hot tub that we partook of. The wind prevented us from using the fire pit and horse shoe game. We plan on coming back during better weather to utilize those! Laughter and relaxation was such a highlight for us during my birthday and pre- 31st anniversary! We HIGHLY recommend Carol and Steve’s place!!!!

  • Kim’s place was so much fun! It’s an adorable airstream that is cozy and has lots of light. The location is awesome, really close to tons of cute bars and shops on both N Williams and Mississippi, easy walk to both. Loved all the breweries close by too! Check out storm breaker and ex novo. Great little getaway, and Kim and Alex are amazing hosts that are here to help if you have questions but stay out of your hair if you want as well. Highly recommend!

  • We had a perfect week in the Airstream. It's super clean, cozy, and stylish. It's in a good location, 15 min bike ride to downtown (with a public bike station a couple minute walk away). Even during the chilly nights we were super warm and comfy. Kim and Alex were always available to answer our questions and the check-in/ check-out process was super convenient and easy. Very quiet neighbourhood, so peaceful at night for sleeping. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Like tiny homes? You'll love our tiny caravan! Sweet Alberta Arts studio camper just 2 blocks to everything! Sleeps 2 adults in 2 twin beds. Fully plumbed toilet, mini kitchen (no cook top; fridge and hot kettle), breakfast nook. Outdoor salt water hot tub available with private outdoor hot shower cabana.
Curious about tiny homes, grey water systems, permaculture, edible landscaping, the Portland food scene and home roasted (yep, we roast it for you right on the front porch) coffee? If so, our comfy caravan may be right up your alley! This cozy, private space has rustic charm aplenty with its custom built wood interior... But slip out the back door and in 2 blocks you're eating ramen on Alberta Street, sampling Salt & Straw's finest ice cream, or enjoying the outdoor fire pit and a plate of house-made pasta at GumbaPDX. Do keep a few things in mind that may influence your desire to stay with us: 1. There's a spiffy *outdoor* shower (but don't worry, the water gets as hot as an indoor shower and season-specific panels have been added to mitigate any breeze!) with a natural stone and river rock floor (see pics; the grey water feeds the apple tree). But again, it's... outside! Most people love this but every once in a while, hmm, well...someone will comment like it's hidden in the listing. So -- full disclosure! 2. Yes, Portland summers can be hot! The camper is equipped with 2 fans and has screened windows and front door, as well as roof vents and a shade tarp over the camper itself. Nights are lovely but you'll want to be out in the morning by 11 if the mercury is headed north of 90! 3. The occasional ant... If seeing an ant sends you into fits of heebie jeebies, the camper probably isn't the right space for you! You'll see a few scouts out for a look-see, but as long as sugar, honey, Voodoo Doughnuts and any open edibles are kept in the fridge, we promise they won't carry you off. :) 4. The camper sleeps 2 adults. It's not child-proofed, so we cannot safely welcome babies or toddlers. If you have a child approx 5-10 years old, we have a blow-up bed, 38x65, that will *just* fit in the floor/walk space. Please inquire and together we'll see if we can work something out. 5. We are not a cigarette / tobacco friendly environment.
Our close-in, Northeast Alberta Arts/Concordia neighborhood is a thriving, eclectic mix of art galleries, murals, coffee houses, diverse and delicious food options and compellingly curated shops. Come see for yourself! We're also more than happy to provide recommendations -- just ask!
  • とても清潔感があり、タオルなども置いてあります。朝晩は夏でも肌寒いので、少し暖かい服装はあって良いと思います。

  • Absolutely beautiful place. We had Such a great stay and the location is close to everything. The camper was more than I could have wanted, really had our stay perfect. Would recommend and look forward to staying again.

  • This place is truly adorable! Carrie met us when we arrived and was available to answer questions about the neighborhood, recommend breakfast places (within easy walking distance) etc. The trailer had everything we needed, even snacks that were thoughtfully provided. Thank you so much, we hope to return!

  • We LOVED Carrie's sweet little camper!!!This was my very first Airbnb stay but I really can't imagine that it gets much better than this. The Host - Carrie was a wonderful host; she was quick to respond to my messages and happy to give us additional information when needed. The fact that she left local (and homemade/grown!) treats for us to enjoy during our stay was really delightful and unexpected. I had seen a few mentions to the snacks in other reviews but Carrie definitely outdid herself making us feel at home. And Carrie provided us with a lot of recommendations via text but she also left magazines, maps, and pamphlets in the camper for us to look over. The Place - This was the cutest camper I've ever set foot in. You can tell that Carrie put a decent amount of thought in how she decorated and arranged the space; it was full of interesting trinkets and tchotchkes but it never felt cluttered or tacky. Admittedly, I was expecting to see a bug here or there (I don't mind bugs so much but I really dislike spiders) but I didn't see a single creepy crawler in the camper aside from a small fly. The outdoor shower was actually really nice and refreshing (a bit brisk one morning but still very enjoyable) and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of trekking around the city. Other perks to note: solid wifi, lots of towels, super clean bathroom, ready-to-use kitchen (sans cooking appliances) adorable and friendly cat, and the beds were actually quite comfy! The Location - I'm so glad we decided to stay on the NE end of Portland; was quiet but easy to access and never boring. It was just 15-minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the train station so those were big pluses since Portland was stop 2 out of 3. We actually met some really great people and saw some awesome wall-art on Alberta street and had some of the best meals in Portland (in my opinion) just steps away from Carrie's house! I highly recommend Stella Taco, Tin Shed, and Salt & Straw which are all on Alberta. All in all, I had an amazing first Airbnb experience thanks to Carrie and I can't wait to book with her the next time I make my way out to Portland (soon I hope!). As I wrote in her guestbook, this Maryland native give's Carrie's Camper a 10/10!!!

  • Amazing spot! Great location, tidy and adorable! Thanks Carrie you're great :)

    Taylor2017-05-22T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie was a fantastic hostess. She was super responsive and kind. My daughter thinks "she has the kindest voice ever. It could lull you to sleep." The place was darling and comfortable in a great location. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. It's obvious she put a lot of time and love in to the trailer. The neighborhood is full of cute houses with lovely gardens and it's a short walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. I'm now shopping for a Silver Streak because it was so sweet.

    Sophia2016-06-29T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie has one of the most unique rentals I had ever stayed at. In the perfect part of town, walking distance from shops and restaurants. With a neighborhood to match, this unique and warm rental will make you feel right at home.

    Phil2017-04-02T00:00:00Z
  • Carrie was a fantastic host. We had a quite late arrival with a pretty large time window and she was nothing but accommodating. The rental was exactly as listed. If you think it'll be cool to stay in a gorgeous trailer just a few blocks away from a super nice, very Portland-y (as a first time visitor) neighbourhood, this is the place.

  • This is the perfect little home to stay at while visiting Portland. Right from the minute we got there Joan was so friendly, caring, and helpful to us. The RV was super clean, there was cofee, shower supplies etc. It was also easy to find and close to downtown Portland. Joan was also helpful with imformation on where to go, the best routes, and fun things to do around town. A++

    Domanique2018-04-21T00:00:00Z
  • Joan is a tremendous hostess. Everything was clean and the RV was spacious with great amenities. It was a pleasure to work with Joan on every step. I’d do it again!

  • My daughter loved staying in the motorhome. We used the kitchen to make dinner and breakfast and played cards at the table. Bed was comfortable - I was unsure how it would be, but I slept great. Motorhome is parked in super cute yard with patio pavers, nice rose garden and a picnic table that we could use if we wanted to be outside. Parking for my vehicle was in driveway under covered carport - very much appreciated since we had a van full of gear and bicycles attached to the back. Joan was super communicative and very welcoming.

    Ann-Marie2017-08-15T00:00:00Z
  • Comfortable and private.

    Yvonne2017-11-25T00:00:00Z
  • Joan was very attentive and a sweet heart. She responded very promptly and was caring enough to check in to make sure everything was okay. She even picked me up from the nearby transit center which was really nice since it was so hot out. The rv was spick and span and offered very nice amenities for my guest and I for when we were just relaxing after a long day. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and thank goodness there was an ac for during the day and a fan to let the cool air in at night. If you're looking for something cozy this is a good choice!

    Dre2017-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Joan's place was nice, clean, and spacious. She was an extremely helpful and flexible host. Would recommend staying here!

  • Great place not too far from the airport. RV was as described. Would definitely stay here again.

    Sylvia2018-03-25T00:00:00Z
  • If you're someone who likes an adventurous place to stay, and enjoys their privacy, then Joan's place is for you. Staying in a motor home is really unique if you haven't done it before. Joan is a great host and provides most everything you would need for your stay. There's nothing more relaxing than when it rains while staying/sleeping in a motor home.

  • A very sweet cute little place! We just stayed a quick night as we were attending a close by event. This place was perfect, exactly what we needed, soft pillows, warm bed and a hot shower! Thank you Alex! If I am ever in the need for this again I wouldn't hesitate to book again

  • We've never slept in a house-on-wheels before and I was super curious about how it would work out for us. It wasn't bad at all. I mean, yes it's tiny, yes it's crowded, but it's homey and clean, and just enough for a night's stay. There was a bit of unexpected space shortage due to newly installed a/c unit, but we were able to work it out. Thank you for letting us share your space, and thank you for my morning coffee.

  • This was my second trip to the Portland area and I had such a great experience with AJ and family that I of course booked them again! This is such an easy place for a quick get away, is clean and the hosts are so easy to communicate with. The fact that it’s pet friendly is a HUGE bonus for me as my dog travels everywhere with me. Thanks you guys!

Come stay in our cozy vintage camper. Located on 6-acres on a bluff overlooking the Columbia River, this is a spectacular place to unwind. Wooded, quiet setting with songbirds, hawks and eagles. Trailer is equipped with electric, gas, and cozy full size bed (futon mattress). The dining area with custom maple table can be made into a twin bed. Minutes away from trail heads, waterfalls and blueberries! A true gem just 40 minutes from Portland at the entrance to the Gorge.
While we have a Troutdale address, we are actually in Corbett, Oregon, the true entrance to the Columbia River Gorge. We live on a dead end and out on a bluff so it's very quiet and serene. Our home is on the property too but there is a private drive in a wooded area where the camper lives. The camper is a fun 1960 vintage trailer, which we are working to fully restore.
This is an area of small farms and sweeping views. People are friendly and kind. There is a country store nearby and farm stands to enjoy.
  • Lovely people, lovely place. The trailer was private, cozy, simple and cute. And, the view from the backyard was amazing! We found it to be a comfortable and quick drive to activities in Columbia River Gorge and/or Mt. Hood. Denise and Christina’s hospitality is what really made this place special. They were kind, generous and gave privacy but also were available for good conversation and help whenever we needed. I highly recommend! Would stay here again.

  • Amazing little space you will not regret choosing to stay here!

    Brandon2018-07-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is a beautiful property. The camper is an antique which is what i wanted so it was perfect. Clean! Comfy! The hosts were very nice and helpful. The sandy river is awesome and the town of Troutdale is a nice quiet little spot. We would do this again for sure.

    Will2018-07-08T00:00:00Z
  • Trailer was adorable and unique everything we wanted and needed for the weekend. The host are very helpful will any and all questions we had and responded quickly. Beautiful view of the Columbia River from the porch.

    Mikael2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful time staying in Christina and Denise's trailer. The trailer was cozy and had everything we needed and the property is very beautiful. We really enjoyed drinking our coffee in the morning and looking out at the mountains and the Columbia River. We went for a day hike up to Latourell Falles and enjoyed two nights of music at the Edgefield. We had a great weekend and owe it in part to our amazing hosts.

    Daniel2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful property that overlooks the river. Cute little camper with a very comfortable bed. Christina was very welcoming and had a strong desire for me to have a great stay. It isn't too far from Troutdale or 84, but it feels like it. Very quiet and serene, which is what I was looking for. Would love to stay here again!

    Amy2018-09-02T00:00:00Z
  • I had a great solo retreat at the vintage trailer. Christina and Denise were easy to communicate with and kindly accommodated my needs. The trailer was cozy and adorable, with enough room to sleep comfortably, cook, read, and work on small art projects. There were lots of delightful touches around the trailer and property. The sprawling lawn and deck had a lovely view of the Columbia. There were lots of sweet visits to the trailer from hummingbirds, rabbits, bumble bees, and lots of other docile wildlife. Overall it was a very pleasant, inspiring, and restful stay.

    Brandy2018-08-03T00:00:00Z
  • We throughly enjoyed our visit. Christina was so attentive. Were waiting for our granddaughter to be born and she was more than helpful. We loved staying in the slice of heaven up on the hill.

Meet "Matilda" a 1963 Aristocrat Trailer. Perfect for solo or couples outdoor adventure. Nestled in the heart of the majestic Columbia River Gorge, Matilda offers a private, exclusive glamp spot at Flying Trout Ranch. Surrounded by forest, Matilda sits next to 2 beautiful ponds with foxglove, lupine, lilies and a lovely meadow to explore. Enjoy a campfire and then let the frogs serenade you to sleep, while you listen to the gurgling waterfall right outside your door.
"Matilda" is located on a beautiful property located 45 minutes from downtown Portland, and 30 minutes from the Portland International Airport on the Washington side of the Columbia River National Scenic Area (the largest scenic area in the country!). A private and swim-mable lake await you. The property owners, Renee and Jeremy, live in the main house next to "Matilda", and are experts about all of the area's best places to explore, eat and drink. The secluded location will provide all the right ingredients to relax and soak in the beauty of the area. It offers fire pit & wood (when fire ban is not on) and access to a semi-private washroom with sink and toilet, located in the basement of the main house, just steps away from the trailer. The shared area is the laundry room for the main house, and we try to provide you with privacy during your stay, unless we're doing laundry. "Matilda" lives next to the main house, and overlooks a park-like setting in a maple tree grove, where the neighbor's horses love to greet our guests at the fence. During your stay you will be lulled by the small waterfall that pours into the pond next to "Matilda," where Great Blue Herons and Bald Eagles hunt for trout to eat. If you're a birder and wildlife watcher, you'll LOVE this place. "Matilda" is equipped with electric for tunes and charging phones, electric heater for cold nights, original propane stove with 3 top burner and oven for cooking inside, and original ice box for cooling growlers of beer and food (ice and empty growler to be filled at local brewery provided). Basic cookware and place settings are provided. "Matilda" has a comfy retro inside, with a dining table and seating, small kitchen as mentioned above, with small sink. She also has a couch to kickback on and enjoy one of the books in the free library, or peruse the maps and guide books to help you discover the Columbia Gorge. The couch pulls out into a double-sized bed, as well as the dining area that provides a 2nd double bed. The space comes with comfy bedding and pillows. Two outdoor adirondack chairs and a hammock are provided for you to relax, as well as a bocce ball set. Renee and Jeremy will greet you when you arrive (unless you need self check-in) and introduce you to the property and the their three friendly dogs, that love visitors. The dogs and chickens have the freedom to roam the property, so if you aren't a pet/animal person, this place probably isn't right for you. Contact us if you're interested in having a bigger group, additional tent sites are available upon special requests. We do not allow children due to the water safety issues. Laundry available upon request at the main house for additional charge of $5 per load. NEW!!! We just added an OUTDOOR SHOWER!! With hot water and a view of the lower pasture.
"Matilda" is located on the Flying Trout Ranch, owned by Renee and Jeremy. The unique setting hosts two ponds filled with fresh spring water, as well as a small waterfall that provides a relaxing sound of running water. The Flying Trout Ranch was named after the trout that live in the large pond and jump out of the water after bugs they feed on. The property is adjacent to a working horse farm, and looks out towards the Gorge and Angels Rest (a well-known trail on the Oregon side). Just down the road a mile is the world-class Cape Horn Trail, one of the Gorge's newest hiking trails that provides an 8-mile loop with stunning views of the Columbia River. Private local trails are just steps from your front door, and offer walks through farm lands and along creeks, not open to the general public. In the other direction, the famous Washougal River just a couple of miles away, providing endless swimming holes, inner tubing, fishing and stunning waterfalls.
  • Matilda the trailer was a beautiful escape from the busyness of the city! We loved the outdoor shower, the pond, and the trailer itself. Renee was so thoughtful to provide us with fresh eggs from her chickens which we enjoyed for breakfast. She also lent us a book of trails and hikes and must see spots on the Columbia River Gorge. We went to Rodney and Hardy falls upon her recommendation and loved it, as well as Latourell Falls (farther away but still great). The trailer had everything we needed and it was near beautiful hikes on the Washington side of the Gorge. We will definitely come back to stay at Matilda on our next trip to OR!

    Karsie2018-07-09T00:00:00Z
  • A wonderful, comfortable, quiet space out in the foothills of Washougal. I’d stay here again in a minute.

    Phillip2018-07-21T00:00:00Z
  • Such a great place!! Renee and her husband were so sweet and welcoming. Showed us all around, gave us tips for the best hikes, lookouts, and breweries!! Matilda was very comfortable and plenty of space for 2! We didn't know that they had 2 little ponds behind the house that we could sit and sip our coffee as well as a little fire pit to enjoy! It was incredible and so pretty. We will for sure be coming back!!

    Ronnie2018-05-17T00:00:00Z
  • Our hosts were awesome and super hospitable! The trailer was super clean, cozy and perfect for us with sprigs of Lavender on our bed and an essential oil infused purifying spray :) We had coffee and farm fresh eggs for breakfast, provided by our host The outdoor shower was relaxing and the view was beautiful with nature all around us. I recommend listening to the album Harvest Moon by Neil Young while you shower ☺️ A very pleasant experience all around

    Angela2018-07-07T00:00:00Z
  • This place is AWESOME! Renee being a superhost is an understatement, she gave us so many great tips on what to do around the area and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was great too, a very cute little place to stay that’s just simple enough. Close enough to everything that we wanted to do but still out of the way of any crowds. Very comfortable little spot and would love to stay there again one day.

    Miranda2018-12-04T00:00:00Z
  • The camper is really great because you get to be in nature. You have a nice view when you are staying on the small porch and there are lots of things to do in the Columbia River Gorge. The best thing about this accomodation are the hosts - Renee and her husband Jeremy -, though. They are very friendly and welcoming and provide you with nice extras such as fresh eggs from their chicken or blueberries. They can give you very useful tips on where to go in the Columbia River Gorge and it was in general just fun talking to them.

    Alexander2018-07-18T00:00:00Z
  • The BEST place to stay in Colombia River Gorge. Renee and Jeremy are awesome, interesting people who will make you feel at home! Matilda the RV has so much character, is very comfy and has all the essentials! We had the sun in the morning on our deck and could use the refreshing swimming pond in the garden to cool off. Their garden is beautiful. A real slice of paradise. The outdoor shower and the nature surrounding you makes this place very special. Colombia River Gorge is lush and Renee gives you great tips as she works creating the trails in the area! We loved it so much we extended our stay!

    Poppy2018-06-21T00:00:00Z
  • Renee’s place was amazing! It was perfect for me and my spouse and Renee was awesome at giving local tips for hikes! The pond was great for morning yoga or to sip coffee by.

1974 Prowler travel trailer for rent. We live in Sandy on 20 acres. Trailer has a propane stove, fridge, and water heater. There is an outdoor shower on the camper and running water inside. Lights and heater are electric. We have a fire pit, hammock, and an outdoor seating area for your enjoyment. Toilet inside is for liquid waste only but we will provide a camper toilet for all other needs. Great midway point between Mt. Hood and Portland.
You can't see our house from the trailer so it is very private. We welcome additional tent campers for $15 per person.
  • Kelly's camper is a great little getaway space in a perfect location for us to check out the hiking and falls, but still be in Sandy when we returned. Everything was exactly as described and Kelly was communicative throughout our stay to ensure we had the best experience possible. Looking forward to staying here in the future.

    Jon2018-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect rustic retreat off a quiet street and a great getaway with easy access to amenities. The camper is perfect for a summer evening and highlights included: hammock with bulb lights above it that came on after dark, outdoor shower, blueberry field with fresh blueberries just ~50 feet down the hill, and a comfortable mattress and pillows. Fun experience, I'll be back again and highly recommend to others!

    Mark2018-08-19T00:00:00Z
  • This was my first Airbnb that my family and I have stayed at. It was absolutely amazing its exactly the way it shows in the pictures and more. I way over packed she literally had everything we needed. For example for the shower she provided towels, for dishes she provide soap and a sponge and drying towel, for the beds she provided pillows, sheets and blankets. Although we couldn't use the fire pit she did provide matches. We also did not use the pots and pans and dishes that were provided. The bucket she described for going #2 in was really clean and sturdy and frankly I was impressed with it because it was right next to the toilet in the camper. Also one of my favorite things wash she provided the cutest fresh flowers in the camper in vase. It really is in the little things. My absolute favorite thing was that she had a u-pick blueberry patch and a single apple tree. The fruit picking allowed for my 5 year old daughter and I to spend some much needed bonding time. Kelly was also so sweet when she came to introduce herself she made sure our stay was outstanding. She even filled us in on some great places to go and see before we went home. Also when she introduced herself she happened to have a kiddie pool for my daughter and she was so nice she let us borrow it. I think that was my daughters favorite part. My husbands favorite part was the well water that we filled all of jugs with. He said it was the best he had ever tasted. There is so much more but those were our highlights. We were extremely impressed and pleased and we have now put this as one of our go to spots!

    Amanda2018-07-29T00:00:00Z
  • Kelly's trailer was so cute and cozy, exactly as described and in the photos! As long as you're in for a slightly rustic experience (a bucket for going to the bathroom in, outdoor shower) this place is magical and a huge step up from camping, for sure.

My Airstream is 1 block from The Max Line, and a 1/4 mile from the freeway allowing easy access to all parts of the city. It's a five-minute drive to downtown. The neighborhood is rich with bars, restaurants, parks, yoga studios and cafes. Mississippi St., one of the coolest areas of Portland is within walking distance. If you find Airstreams as charming and romantic as I do, now's your chance to experience a beautiful one! My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
The bed features a high-end, memory foam mattress made with crisp, comfy sheets and a down comforter. It's both cozy and extremely comfortable.
The neighborhood has easy access to pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants within walking distance as well as a New Seasons store for groceries and some small shops. The Overlook Bluff, high above the Willamette River are a short walk away as are the beautiful rose gardens of Peninsula Park.
  • We had a great, relaxing time in the airstream. Very unique place with everything that you'd need. Found some cool spots nearby for food, all in walking distance. Thanks Randall!

  • This was the best stay I've ever had at an airbnb hands down!

    Kevin2017-08-11T00:00:00Z
  • Definitely our most unique airbnb stay so far. A bit of a hickup to start, but Randal jumped into action to resolve... He went above and beyond to be helpful. The Airstream is brand new and offers all the amenities you will need. Love the location. Its a great neighborhood with easy access to public transportation. There are also some excellent restaurants and bars. Looking forward to our next visit to Portland. Thanks Randal

  • This was an amazing place to stay. The airstream was beautiful with your own private yard, and the location was great.

  • Amazing place

  • This was such a unique and comfortable place to stay. I love Portland and every year we travel in the winter time to explore new neighborhoods, shop, and drink. This Airstream was such a fun experience and walkable to everything. My husband and I used it as a sort of base camp and it was nice and toasty to come back too after a later dinner or an all day adventure. I would highly recommend Randall's little oasis, the only con would be now you will want an Airstream too! :)

  • Great little place to stay. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Close to the max for public transportation. Walkable to the popular Mississippi street. Back yard felt secluded and seperate from the rest of the house.

The 'Getaway' is a completely renovated travel trailer located at The Colony in the St Johns neighborhood of Portland. Bring your friends and include them in your adventures by pairing the Getaway with our Hideaway trailer (https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/2650533).
The 'Getaway' is a completely renovated travel trailer located in a secluded corner on The Colony property in St Johns. It features a full-size bed on one side and a twin on the opposite side.

Mercedes Benz Sprinter Luxury RV/Limo seats 8 and sleeps 8. King sized memory foam bed w Leatherette. Additional Queen bunk bed. 39" TV. Typical 18 mpg in mixed city/highway driving. 100 miles/day included in rental. Additional miles 50c/mile. Pickup/dropoff in Seattle at no extra charge. Please inquire for other one way rentals.
  • The RV is a converted FedEx van. Some of the conversions work well and seem to be professionally done, others appear to be done by an amateur. Everything works and it is a functioning vehicle for group needs. The RV runs good and does get decent mileage for being a big vehicle.

  • We had a great experience renting from Senthil. They communicated very well with us and everything was as we expected. The vehicle was ready on time (early actually) and it worked great. I would certainly rent from Senthil again.

  • Senthil and his wife we're extremely nice, the ride has a rocking stereo, flat screen and a serious inverter so you can park and have power for hours. We where running late to the airport on return , so he came and met us at the airport to drop-off so we wouldn't miss our flights. It was a great weekend trip with gracious hosts. I would definitely recommend. Also, it's much easier to drive this than an RV, we went to a concert and paid 7 bucks to park at the Crown Plaza 1/2 mile from the Moda Ctr, used their facilities (restroom, restaurant, bar) walked to the show, then we went to the Gorge. There all we needed was a power source and we were good for a day and a 1/2 using the facilities onsite. MUCH less hassle than an RV. I'm 6'2" and could stand up straight...Will do it again next chance I get to go to Portland.

  • senthil was great at helping us get acquainted with the RV and was quick to answer any questions we had while we were on the road. we had a great family vacation and might rent it again!

  • Senthil did a great job of orienting us to the Sprinter and was happy to spend time explaining all of its features. He was very responsive to questions, even when we were on our trip. The Sprinter performed great. We were a little uncertain about navigating a big vehicle through Yellowstone, but it was a cinch! Would definitely do it again.

This was a nice place to stay especially for the price. Our host was conscious of our needs because living in a basement you can hear things going on upstairs but he was very quiet. I thought this…
