Recently redecorated and stylishly re-furnished including new beds, linen and choice of feather/polyester pillows. Downstairs through the hallway is an open plan kitchen/dining/ sitting room leading to a private patio with table and chairs. Upstairs is a double bedroom, twin bedroom, a small third bedroom with a single very comfy futon bed, and a bathroom with sink, toilet and a shower bath.

A cosy, stone town house situated in the heart of Stamford. The property has a parking space for 1 car and a patio area at the rear of the property. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a brand new (2023) kitchen, a living room and a separate WC. Dogs are welcome, but please leave your dogs down stairs at all times. The property is a short walking distance (circa 15 minutes) from Burghley House. Bars, pubs, shops and restaurants are all located within minutes from our house.

A short walk from the railway station. It is ideal for couples or families.
