Tiddabinda-Relish Peace and Nature at Spacious Bayside Nest

Fully self-contained 2 brm home in bayside Brisbane. Tiddabinda (sister's sitdown) is a contemporary urban Aboriginal styled 2 bedroom totally self-contained home of comfort and modern convenience. With its own front entrance, fully fenced front garden, lounge with excellent entertainment options, a modern full sized kitchen, large bathroom, full sized wardrobes it is home to you. You have your own entrance, full sized lounge, fully functional kitchen (full sized refrigerator, oven, stovetop), a huge bathroom and two bedrooms (both with queen sized beds) with family sized wardrobes. All mod cons are included such as Foxtel, Telstra TV, Google Home and unlimited NBN high speed internet (wifi). This “smart” home is environmentally friendly, uses only non-toxic products and is equipped with two air conditioners and ceiling fans everywhere which ensures your comfort at any time of year. The whole house has filtered water which is delicious to drink. All cleaning products are provided free of charge as this is my home and I prefer to keep it as non-toxic as possible. Smoking area is restricted to the front verandah only. Thank you for respecting this matter. Guests have access to the large covered patio and pool outdoor area – ideal to sip coffee in the morning watching the sun come up while listening to the beautiful sounds of native birds greeting the day or to relax to the waterfall sounds in the evening sipping on some local wine from Sirromet Winery just up the road. You will have full privacy during your stay but I am on hand should you need help or advice with anything. I live in the back half of the home with my own entrance. You may see me coming and going and you will always get a friendly wave. I respect your privacy but if you feel like a chat over a coffee or wine, I am always up for conversation and swapping yarns. I love to find out about other people’s cultures and very willing to share mine. The apartment is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Major shopping centres and an entertainment precinct are within easy walking distance, only 7 mins to Sleeman’s Sport Complex and Belmont Shooting Range, 10 mins to Sirromet Winery, 20 mins to airport, 15mins to Cleveland (ferry to Stradbroke Island (Minjerribah) and 35 mins from Brisbane CBD. Walking distance to public transport, local bush walking tracks. Most people use private cars but both taxis and uber are readily available. If you require a rental car, there is a spare car on the property. Located in Capalaba, we are 7 mins from Chandler (home of the Sleeman Sports Complex and the Belmont Shooting Range) with simple public transport to those locations. Walking distance is the Capalaba Entertainment Precinct with two shopping centres, restaurants and cinemas as well as a major bus interchange providing public transport around Brisbane (45 minutes to the CBD of Brisbane). Sirromet Winery (hosting Day on the Green events) is 12 minutes up the road, the ferry to various Moreton Bay Islands is 17 mins down the road, the airport is 20 minutes away, and only 50 minutes to the Carrara Stadium on the Gold Coast. Dreamworld, MovieWorld, Wet n Wild, Outback Spectacular and Seaworld are all well less than an hours drive away. There is one step into the house but all one level once inside. Rooms are family home size. The front yard is fenced and your well- behaved furbabies are welcomed once approved (please advise ahead of time). The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of open green space, walking tracks, and lots of wildlife. Hidden Treasure. Green Door in great location

Welcome to Green Door a homely self contained space that overlooks gardens, pool and park. 5 minutes walk to Chirn Park coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket etc Close to the Surfers Paradise and sporting venues , in walking distance to bus and five minutes drive to tram and train connection. Judy welcomes you to the garden flat .. you will have private access and enjoy the privacy of your own space . The pool is available for guests to use if they wish. We have two chooks and three goldfish.

Lighthouse Hill Cottage - 2 spectacular views!

Location, location, location high on the lighthouse hill! My Haven is an original beach cottage (circa 1947) that features spectacular dual views, over the headland and along Main Beach. It seems like we’re away from it all up here, yet it’s just a 5-minute walk to Main Beach, the Gorge Walk, Life Savers’ club and the shop precinct. There are no modern furnishings in MyHaven; it's all collected, pre-loved and eclectic to give you that yesteryear charm and an authentic island vibe experience.

Well look no further! Emily’s Beachside Studio, which is located at the rear of the property, it is attached to, but fully separated from the main residence. The fully equipped modern kitchen and lounge opens out onto your large covered patio and garden, complete with BBQ. king size bed and large En-suite .

Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie (Pet friendly)

Welcome to Kingfisher Lodge on Coochie. If you are after a place to unwind, relax and touch base with nature, this is the holiday destination for you. Coochie is approximately 35 kms from Brisbane CBD and 1 km off the mainland from Victoria Point. Access via the passenger ferry or vehicular barge, $70 return. Coochie boasts 4 kms of white sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, beach walking, kayaking, boating and fishing. The Lodge is located on the Main Beach side, a 200m stroll to the beach.

Mountain top home with spectacular views

Beautifully renovated historic Queenslander, situated on top of Mt Tamborine with spectacular views over the Great Dividing Range. This 4 Bedroom house is mountain living at its best. 2 large decks with views that come to life at sunset and a swimming pool with same views. Inner city space in Ashgrove

Relax in the heart of Ashgrove. With access to the lower level of our home including: use of kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The 2 bedrooms both have air-conditioning, fans and plenty of cupboard space. Large flat screen tv including Streaming services & good wifi. A short walk to the bus station which will take you to the city (4 kms away) or central Ashgrove (1km). NB: There is no parking on premises but available parking less than a minutes walk.
