Mid Century Modern Home Away from Home (sleeps 10)

This is a beautiful 4bd/2ba home built in the 1950s, fully renovated in 2016 with all new appliances and everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Roku and high speed WIFI also available. Just minutes away from the interstate, this home is located within the golden triangle of Tampa bay, right in the center of Down Town Tampa (20 min), Sarasota(45min) & St. Petersburg(45min), visit 2 of the top 10 beaches in the U.S., Siesta Key and Clearwater Beach. If your looking for a more quiet atmosphere, the Apollo Beach Preserve is 3 miles down the road where you can find a beautiful nature park and enjoy watching dolphins and sting rays in their natural habitat. Also, the manatee viewing center is a must see during the winter months. You can quickly access several restaurants as well as grocery stores located just minutes away. Lovely 3 bedroom home in the Tampa Bay suburbs!

High ceiling, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with stocked kitchen primed and ready for your Florida family vacation! Enjoy the quiet neighborhood just 30 mins from Tampa’s city center and all it has to offer. Numerous local and chain eats within 5 mins of the house. Head out to Brandon and Tampa proper to see Raymond James Stadium (32 mins) or Ybor City (25 mins), or have some fun at Busch Gardens (31 min). Finally if you want to hit the beach during your stay, the famous Clearwater beach is 1hr away.

Beautiful Waterfront Home on the Alafia River.

Beautiful Waterfront Single Family home on the Alafia River leading to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your boats, jetskis, Kayaks, water toys, fishing rods, etc. Riverview Civic Center and Boat Ramp is literally a couple of blocks away from the property and trailer parking is available at the property. If it’s your lucky day, you will see manatees, dolphins, snook, redfish and stingrays right from the dock. Excellent fishing, restaurants and nightlife all on the river or by vehicle.

Gecko House Unit #1

Romantic little apartment which is the lower left half of the house next to Downtown Gulfport. Here you will find many shops, restaurants, and even a dancing hall a short walk away. Enjoy live bands during the day and Karaoke at night at some of the greatest bars in Florida. Not to mention, one of the best beaches is right next door. It even contains beach volleyball nets for daily use. Take a stroll down to the pier and enjoy the sites of the marina, or enjoy a beautiful sunset at night.

Charming Apt. in old Florida home

Cozy, charming suite in a historic 1920's home. Lots of character and charm. Amazing location. One block from the bay with beautiful sunsets. And just a few miles to the beach and downtown.
