The location is truly as beautiful as the photos show. So many special touches from decor to the spa like bathroom made the stay extra cozy. The house is extremely well stocked, especially the kitchen and the shed! We loved kayaking. Much more shallow than we anticipated which for us was perfect. The stars were visible while in the hot tub at night. We loved all the available spots to sit and relax. We used the fire pit to stay warm one morning while enjoying the sunrise with our coffee. We used the grill for dinner one night as well as dining out at the recommended local spots. The only minor inconveniences were not having screens on the sliding doors, running out of toilet paper (but the DG grocery is close) and the WiFi went out and Robert never responded to my texts. (I was able to locate and restart the router on my own.) All in all it was a wonderful spot for a quick getaway to unwind!

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very little noise was heard when you’re inside. The house is older and does need some maintenance but nothing that hindered us from having a nice stay! Also, added bonus - no checkout cleaning requirements!

Maria was very communicative and hospitable before and during our stay for anything we had questions about. The house was charming and was the perfect cozy stay during our March weekend at cape Charles! The beds are very comfy! Wish we stayed longer to enjoy more!

Had an absolute blast. Location was great and she was very easy to communicate with. Was so nice to have all the beach necessities. Looking forward to going back especially with the pools open up.

This place was perfect for our family of 5, so much better than a cramped hotel room. The location was great as it was just a short walk to the beach and we appreciated all the beach gear that was provided (umbrella, wheelbarrow and plenty of chairs). Mark and Alison were very responsive to any questions I had and even provided local recommendations of activities and restaurants. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It just felt like home as soon as we walked in. We will definitely look to rent again if we ever return to VA beach.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and both times the space has been well-maintained and clean! It’s feels homey and comfortable. The bed is comfortable, as well!

An excellent stay! The location is terrific for walking to town as well as front porch sitting! Beds in all 4 rooms are very comfortable. House had thoughtful amenities throughout, plenty of fresh towels, well appointed kitchen, comfortable seating in gathering spaces, super clean…. Things in the home are good quality and beautiful details.

5-Star Stay at Bay Creek! Here are a few notes: Home: Tiffany's place is very spacious - plenty of room to spread out and relax. There is a large Kitchen area, large dining room table, large couch, bedrooms are generous, and there are cathedral type ceilings in the Living Room, Dining Room area which provide that spacious feel. Neighborhood: Bay Creek is a beautiful community - complete with a Jack Nicklaus style golf course. There are a lot of large beautiful homes in this area. Cape Charles: My grandparents grew up in this area - it is has a bit of a historic and charming feel, lots of nice restaurants and shops, a public beach, etc. Cape Charles Brewing Company is highly recommended as well as Cape Charles Coffee House (Mason Avenue). Don't forget Cape Charles Distillery or the Candy Company. Value: Tiffany's place was about 30% less than similar homes in Cape Charles proper and only about a mile outside of the Town. We felt it was a great value.

This is a wonderful beach home within walking distance of the oceanfront. Our extended family enjoyed a fantastic visit. The house is set up perfectly for multiple families with a large gathering space on the top floor next to the kitchen. There are several decks throughout the home to catch the sea breeze and air. Beverly was a great host and responsive to our needs.
