Industrial art haus just 3 blocks to Rupp Arena, a short walk to Gatton Park & only one block from Jefferson Street, with lots of dining & drinking options! Less than 1 mile to the Distillery District. Historic and elegant Morrison Cabin built in 1787

The 1787 Morrison Log Cabin is located in the Gratz Park Historic District in Downtown Lexington & is the oldest house in Lexington on its original site. It’s a short walk to wedding venues,historic sites,the Convention Center,Opera House,Rupp Arena & the best dining and nightlife Lexington has to offer. Convenient to the Horse Park. The house is great for couples, business travelers & families.The completely renovated 1805 Thomas January Hemp House located next door is also available to rent.

1st Boarding House Lexington / Free Late Checkout

Welcome to Lexington’s oldest boarding house. Built in 1880 this massive landmark was constructed into rooms to accommodate train travelers. The property is found in the historic Woodward Heights, one block away from Rupp Arena and Lexington Center. Also, adjacent to the Lexington Brewing and Distilling Co. You can walk .5 miles the to downtown attractions or the distillery district. The home has been in our family for almost 40 years and, we are excited to welcome travelers, once again.

This 1948 bungalow in an up-and-coming neighborhood has two bedrooms/one bath. This house has all the updates you could ask of modern living including internet access, TVs with Roku, and keyless entry. Each bedroom has blackout curtains, ceiling fan and bedside power station. The bath is fully stocked with essential personal care items. The fenced-in back yard has a deck and a fire pit. STR Reg #15075605-1. Our One Bedroom Apartment is conveniently located near Downtown Lexington; University of Kentucky, Transylvania, Thoroughbred Park, The Legacy Trail, Restaurants, Fine Dining & Nightlife. It is a Guest Favorite for many travel nurses! They call it their favorite tucked away spot. Martine’s Pastry conveniently located next door. The Guesthouse on Lime

A hidden treasure in the heart of the city. The space has a modern feel in a historic setting. Built in 1897, the building was first purposed as a tavern, and then housed several businesses through the years. In the 1980s, the building was renovated and transformed into two living spaces. This space is the first level, The Penthouse On Lime is the top level and is also available for rent. Original hardwood floors and high ceilings add to the charm of this gorgeous urban space.
