If you looking for authenticity and tranquility , this is the place to go. The townhouse is spacious, very well equipped and super clean. Terry is an amazing host, relax and funny but also super pro. From the moment you book, you can feel he cares about his guests. The views from almost all windows are incredible as they all face the sea, you can see the sunrise from your bed and enjoy the sunset from the nice boardwalk. You can hear the sea at night in the bedrooms, this is so relaxing. The neighbours are very friendly, it is great to connect with actual inhabitants of the island, not just tourists. Like most places on this island and if walking to the closest grocery is possible, having a car is recommended, there is no actual sidewalk everywhere and the traffic can be heavy at time. ( car rentals are super cheap on the island or you can have fun and try the public "bus "!) But like everything at Terry’s place, everything is easy and you can park your car just in front of the house

We had an amazing stay at Suladda's condo. The location was wonderful, we especially loved eating breakfast every morning with a view of the ocean and being able to step right out onto the sand! Our 2 year old loved the play structure and we spent lots of time floating in the water in the swimming area just down the beach. It was a very quiet and relaxing location to spend the last half of our Grand Cayman trip!

Wonderful place. The condo itself is spacious, spotless, well furnished and very comfy. The location is ideal if you want calm and serenity. It is also wonderful for kids -- my 10-year old son spent entire days playing in the pool or on the (always very calm) marina water (kayak, paddle), making friends very easily with other children staying at condos in the same complex. It was a short walk to Starfish point or Rum point, and a short car ride to very many beautiful spots on the island. Couldn't recommend it more, and if we come back to Grand Cayman will come back here!

The East End is the place to stay for peaceful relaxation. The location was perfect for us. We loved the ability to use the kayaks, which we did. There was a lovely pool and hot tub. We didn't use these but they were available if we wanted to use them. The living room was compact and had a TV, but we never used it except one day when it rained. Two bathrooms was a plus for 4 women. Only thing I would suggest is, having towel bars in the upstairs bathroom, some type of storage in the upstairs bedroom. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great choice to stay 1st time in Cayman. Nice to have the beach, pool, swim up bar all at one spot. Central location. Could walk to many places. Easy pick up by taxi. Verity's place was fully stocked with everything we needed. Had a problem with primary shower draining and Verity was there with a plumber within 2 hours to fix. The adjacent & abandoned old Margaritaville Resort made the area a bit more sketchy and undesirable - but read the Hyatt is purchasing, so hopefully will be more attractive area within a few years.

We went with a group and we all stayed at 3 different locations. Our place was the best of 3, the Lazy Lizard and all the girls bartending were the best. We will stay here again!

Great location and space. We loved having the option to cook or eat out but still have the amenities of a pool, swim up bar, and beach. Conveniently located, walkable restaurants, and easy drive to other excursions.

My family truly enjoyed the house. Plenty of space for the whole family. The two studio suites were perfect for when you want to go to sleep earlier than the rest kids and grandkids as they stayed up late playing games and swimming. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Gracie's customer service was outstanding. When wife locked the keys in the suite and she came by quickly to unlock it for us. We thought we had a problem with the A/C and she sent someone out right away. I had a problem with the grease overflow on the grill and someone was there at 6am the next morning to fix it. I will definitely use her place again as well as highly recommend to others. This was better than staying at a hotel, all-inclusive or timeshare. This was very private and cozy in a very nice neighborhood.

Sean’s unit is lovey, modern, and clean. The location is quiet and safe. There is a great canal view. There are lots of cooking utensils if you plan to eat in. The complex has great amenities. We found the door lock a bit complicated at first, as there were no instructions on how to lock it, but we figured it out by googling it. The agency that manages the rental on the island are very responsive and helpful. We called Angela a few times and she was always able to assist us. There are 2 roads between the unit and the beach, one of them being very busy and it is not easy to cross, but otherwise the location is great.
