Place was great, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great stay at Trista’s place. It was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and beautiful , wish we could have stayed longer. Trista was very responsive and helpful. We will be back.

Ruidoso New Mexico is a haven for me and my family to travel to, however looking for a nice home or cabin to stay in often takes us hours. When we came across Eric’s home we were immediately sold and it was worth every single penny spent. The home was perfectly clean, spacious, cozy and had a wonderful atmosphere about it. I’d love to stay in this home again, and possibly every single time I go back in the future. Eric was polite and courteous and we appreciated the effort made to make sure we had a welcome stay and cozy home to return to after our long days out. If there’s ever a home to look into renting for your stay then look no further, this is the one!

The Fireside Mountain Retreat was the most amazing place we have stayed. It is wonderfully stocked if you want to stay in and relax, cook, exercise, meditate, and above all, reset your mind. The sun rises on the back porch with a beautiful and peaceful fountain. This made morning coffee, yoga, and wildlife watching rich and fascinating. The front porch is also wonderful for coffee and watching the mountains warm with sunsets and star gazing. Which was grand! There's lots of space for two couples to spread out, read, and enjoy the tranquility. The location is perfect for day trips. We shopped in Ruidoso, visited Cloudcroft, White Sands, Lincoln, and Fort Stanton. Cindy was an excellent resource for sightseeing and great places to eat. We enjoyed our visits with James and Cindy. They are both warm and easy to communicate with. Loved them! The pickleball was a blast! Matt and I had never tried it. We plan to make this amazing retreat a yearly adventure. Can't wait to come back again!

Wonderful stay, very comfortable with everything you need for a family visit!

Charles and his wife were extremely welcoming and provided us with all the necessary details about the Airbnb. They were also very kind and sociable with my two friends and me. The place was immaculately clean and neat, with plenty of extra blankets and bedding that made us feel comfortable and at home. The location was also conveniently close to the Downtown area. All in all we had a really nice stay.

It was a relaxing stay. We had a mule deer come really up close on the last day of our stay.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and quick to address any questions we had, which made the whole experience seamless. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. One highlight was the backyard—it had everything we needed for a relaxing evening and some outdoor cooking. It truly exceeded our expectations, and the pictures online don’t do it justice! The host was also very accommodating, especially after we had an issue with our booking with another property. They went above and beyond to ensure our trip was saved, which we greatly appreciated. We would absolutely love to stay here again next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary, it was perfect! The house is absolutely beautiful! The enormous elk head above the entrance is incredible! We really enjoyed the fireplace and the bed is comfy! The shower is amazing, a shower head at each end! We loved sitting on the back porch having coffee and watching the wildlife. We saw so many birds, even hummingbirds! What was most impressive were the elk and mule deer walking through the property. Stargazing was impressive!! We saw a shooting star and a starlink launch! This house was the perfect location to visit White Sands National Park. It was about an hour away. The drive anywhere in the area takes your breath away, so the hour went by quickly. We visited the park two days and didn’t mind the drive. We also wanted to hike the Lincoln National forest, however there is still a lot of remediation activity there from the 2024 Ruidoso fires. We did drive some of the forest and saw wild horses!! We had an excellent trip, thank you!!

I have to say if you think about booking please do I have never been so satisfied with a weekend trip literally the nicest people and beautiful location

Great place. The hot tub and fire pit on balcony was peaceful!

It was a cute little couple getaway very easy to find!! Very cute place. Will be staying there again
