The house is very good, the hospitality of Gerta also. The only problem was with the water, but Gerta reacted very quickly, so everything was good.

Our stay at Cozy Villa ЯR was absolutely perfect! The property was even better than the photos—spacious, warm, and beautifully designed with large windows offering breathtaking mountain views. The fireplace was a cozy touch after a long day of skiing. The villa was ideally located, just a short drive to the ski lifts. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we enjoyed making meals and spending quality time together as a group. Fitim was an exceptional host, providing clear check-in instructions and plenty of local tips . I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for relaxing winter escape. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was very clean and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the cozy fireplace, which was prepared for us with plenty of firewood. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We also appreciated that the property was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our furry friend along. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. Wir haben die Zeit in der Villa Napoli sehr genossen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Pool war super und die ganze Anlage grosszügig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und wir hatten frische Früchte und genug Wasser aufgefunden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und die Sonnenuntergänge vor der Haustüre umwerfend. Die Gastgeberin und ihr Haus hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen! Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit!

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden super Herzlich und liebevoll von Visars Eltern empfangung. Alles war genau so, wie es beschrieben wurden. Ganz lieben Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Das Haus war wie beschrieben wunderschön. Wir waren mit 3 Familien dort und waren alle sehr zu Frieden. Bäckerei, Obststände und einen kleinen Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Latif war immer freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur auf den Straßen von Montenegro war nur Stau. Von A nach B zu fahren war sehr anstrengend. Leider gab es abends sehr viele Mücken.

Als wir angekommen sind war die Unterkunft noch ein wenig dreckig. Nachdem wir den Gastgeber allerdings informiert hatten wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Putzfrau geschickt und uns wurde ein traditionelles Essen serviert als Entschädigung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

superbe endroit, même mieu qu'en photos. Très grand et vue incroyable sur le lac, des levés et couché de soleil à coupé le souffle .. seul bémol pas d'eau chaude dans la salle de bain avec le jacuzzi et un volet de la chambre du bas défectueux. Je l'ai directement signalé et un technicien est venu pour rétablir l'eau chaude j'étais censé attendre 2h que ca chauffe mais ca n'a jamais fonctionné.. a part ca super et l'hôtel est très réactif

This Vila is absolutely beautiful, in peaceful surroundings with gorgeous views. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albania. It would work well for both a young group of people as well as a family. The pool is enormous and there are 2 very large outdoor Jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and massive speakers also a nice bonus! The Vila is a little tricky to find but Rebecca is a brilliant host and gave us clear directions. I recommend using the terrain option on maps to help find it. It's about 40 min drive to Durres and 30 mins to Tirana. Cleaners came and tidied every day with a fresh supply of bedding and towels. They were always very respectful of our space and very kind, they even gave my baby a little toy. Ample space for parking and lots of shaded areas for those wanting to avoid the sun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Magnifique domaine situé au calme dans les collines. Les espaces extérieurs sont impeccables et quotidiennement entretenus. Tout est prévu pour se détendre, piscines, terrasses, mini-golf et billard. Le logement est bien adapté et très propre. Ivan, l'hôte vous accueille le 1er jour en vous guidant pour les derniers kilomètres jusqu'au domaine. Par la suite, Ivan est accessible facilement si besoin. Nous recommandons ce très bel endroit paisible.

I booked here for my best friends surprise 30th and it exceeded all expectations!! First time visiting Albania and Ambra helped me so much with every question I had. She was so helpful, always answered every questions and just was so responsive. Never had such an amazing airbnb host. Recommend places to go. I needed a decoration company and she put me in touch with someone and it was perfect. The views are insane. The restaurant near by Pelikani is just also top quality service and food. All of it was perfect. The house was so comfortable. I have no bad points. My recommendation would be to do lots of research if this is your first time travelling but also book with Ambra as she helped with everything.. taxis, supermarkets etc. we had a small power cut as of a storm and we had an electrician with us within 20 minutes. You must come here!!!.

Artur, thanks for the stay. You were an extremely kind host and was always helpful. We were a family of 12 and the house was spacious for all of us. Artur also helped us with local recommendations and was very accommodative with our requests. Always with a smile, his wife cooked us an amazing dinner on the day of our arrival. Couldn’t have been a better stay. We will definitely come back.

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Erisa. La piscine était très propre, exposée au soleil une bonne partie de la journée Cuisine équipée, propre Nous avons super bien dormi dans les lits, les draps sentaient bon la lessive Résidence très calme, avec gardien à l’entrée Accès direct à la plage à pieds ! Je recommande ce logement !

To były jedne z najlepszych wakacji, dom taki jak na zdjęciach. Jeton bardzo pomocny i zawsze odpisywał na wiadomości. Jedynym problemem było brak wifi ale gospodarz załatwił nam karty sim :) polecamy!!

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.

Domem na miejscu opiekuje się Zdravko - wyjątkowo przyjazny i komunikatywny, a także uczynny człowiek. Całość idealna dla 2 rodzin z uwagi na podział pomieszczeń. My podróżowaliśmy w układzie 6+2. Basen czysty, woda idealna. dodatkowym atutem było czyszczenie w ciągu tygodniowego pobytu. Widok z basenu i tarasów - olśniewający. Całość obejścia bardzo zadbana. Prywatna skalista plaża i własne zejście do wody. Leżaki do czytania w cieniu. Na miejscu SUP i kajak - idealne do podróżowania na wyspę, która jest rezerwatem. Zatoka spokojna, nawet w wietrzne dni morze jest spokojne. Warunki w domu w 100% spełnią wszystkie oczekiwania. Pomimo upałów klimatyzacja bez problemu chłodzi wnętrza i sypialnie. Serdecznie polecam na idealne wakacje.
