Wohnung in zentraler und verkehrsgünstiger Lage.

Gemütliche Wohnung, neu renoviert. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer (Couch kann als Doppelbett verwendet werden), einem Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Tankstelle Arzt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten ereichbar und bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien und nach Baden. Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.

Willkommen in unserem 2 Zimmer-Apartment mit Dachterasse und kostenloser Tiefgarage. Es besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer, einem Badezimmer und einer Dachterrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Hervorragend an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz angebunden (Stadtzentrum in 15 Min. und Flughafen in 30 Min. erreichbar). Zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden sind in der Nähe. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der Park vor dem Gebäude – perfekt für Picknick oder Basketball.

Modern Maisonette with balcony! 10 min to center!

I offer you a beautiful and recently renewed apartment on two floors with a living room, a new kitchen, dining area, sofa and a 4K Smart TV. On the upper floor, you find two separate bedrooms and a balcony. Downstairs you find a huge bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with an air condition for hot days as well as heated floors when it gets cold outside! I would be very happy to provide all off you my gorgeous apartment, while your stay in Vienna!

This loved 1-bedroom city apartment with balcony is perfect for your stay in Vienna. Directly located at the U6 subway station AKH/Michelbeuern, close to the city center and also the ultimate place to relax from the city stress on the balcony with a tea or coffee. Family-friendly assests (e.g. babybed, changing mat), babyproof balcony, playground in front of the house and rentable stroller if needed.
