Green garden villa with pool

Charming villa with big garden and private pool. Complete privacy all around the house, great for relaxing and enjoying the sun by the pool. Villa has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and living room. On upper floor we have rooms with nice balcony with a beautiful view at sea .On ground floor is kitchen/living room,bathroom, and outside you'll enjoy terrace with natural shade. WiFi internet connection, Air conditioning, all kitchen and washing machines are free to use.

Villa Felicita*near Split/heating pool/see view

Located in the most stunning setting overlooking Kastel Bay, this villa has been designed with outdoor living and relaxation in mind. Be sure to visit Trogir which is just a 20 minute drive away and enjoy walking around the cobbled streets filled with restaurants and ice cream parlors. It’s also worth exploring the city of Split with it’s much loved ambiance.there is a gym and a sauna to keep guests active.The villa is directly in front of a train track where trains pass around three times a day

Glass villa: heated pool , jacuzzi

The villa is on two floors, connected by internal stairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with exit and pool view, kitchen with exit to a covered outdoor bbq ,a bathroom, and room an en suite bathroom On the second floor are 3 rooms, a gallery overlooking the sky and the bathroom. Outside there is a pool, a sunbathing area, a shower, a jacuzzi and trampoline. The house has 4 parking spaces, Split is 16km, airport 3km, Trogir 13km, beach very near,Bus, pharmacy, market, bakery 100m.

Ističe se elegantnim i bezvremenskim uređenjem, napravljena u mediteranskom stilu gradnje te kao takva prilagođena podneblju u kojem se nalazi. This is a perfect villa for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet but still 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach and to the center of tipical Dalmatian village where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, coffe shops, bars and market.Villa has been renovated and everything is new,beds, showers,bbg,heated pool,kitchen aplliances,air condition. The house is perfectly located, just 30 min car drive, from national park Krka with beautifull waterfalls and 3 UNESCO cities Sibenik, Trogir and Split.

Big heated pool 40m2 with hidromassage and BBQgril

Private villa with a heated pool and views of the Bay of Kastel and the archipelago of Split, which is located in Rudine (Kastela). The villa and the gardens are completely closed and private so you can enjoy complete privacy. Far from the crowd, but close. The large heated pool with massage is created for enjoyment. There is a railway line about 150 metres away and the bus stop which is 600 metres away. Split and Trogir is about 20 minutes away by car. The nearby beach is 5 minutes by car.

This Villa is located on a hill with nature above city of Kaštela at heigh of 200m above sea level. House is compound between luxury and traditional dalmatian style. The entire property is for one group of guests and during your stay nothing is shared with anyone. Distance from the center of Split & Trogir is 20min. , Airport SPLIT (SPU) and yacht marine 10min. , beach and sea 7min. The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy.

Great location, beautiful view , and comfort accommodation in a modern house with heated swimming pool,hottub and large private yard. Placed in a quiet area surrounded with nature , just in the middle between cities Split and Trogir, and only 5 minutes ride from an airport, the house is in the center of everything and perfect for exploring Dalmatia. Pool heated from 1 May- 15 October
