Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

Come stay in our "Pineapple Suite" where you'll enjoy our cozy, private suite within our family home. In your suite, you'll have your own bedroom, bathroom & family room with kitchenette. We're in a very safe neighborhood and perfectly located near many outdoor attractions! The beaches, kayaking, biking, & hiking are all within minutes of our home! This condo is attached to my home but is totally independant with private access. The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
