You have your own entrance and exclusive use of a section of the timber deck . The space is lockable via the one entry door and security lights are installed outside . The setting is in a very quiet street and next to a beautiful little park , which is home to many birds , a pair of brush turkeys and the occasional koala . Lismore’s CBD is only 4 minutes drive away .

Enjoy a comfy experience at this central studio, within walking distance of charming Alstonville town centre and a 20-25 minutes drive to stunning local beaches of Ballina and Lennox Head. The popular Byron Bay is only about a 30-minute drive. The studio has a kitchenette with stove top, microwave oven, mini fridge and cooking basics for your convenience. Self-contained granny flat located in Alstonville. Only 10 mins from Ballina, 15 mins from Lennox Head, 20 mins from Lismore & 25 mins from Byron Bay. Alstonville is a great base to explore the area. The house has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one room and zip-apart single beds in the other which can be converted into a king bed (please let us know your preferred bedding at time of booking). It also has its own driveway access offering secure off street parking. No Schoolies allowed

It is a nice place to relax and still be a short drive to cafes, restaurants, shopping, beaches, waterfalls and forests.
