Rent a dock or boat (seasonally) at Moutedier Marina. Nolin State Park is close. Fishing & hiking in the area. Early mornings & dusk are best times to see our resident deer. Fire-pit in front yard, firewood available. Mammoth Cave & Dinosaur World about 30 miles away. 30 miles to Glendale. About 20 minutes to Leitchfield.

There are two sets of stairs inside the home and steps outside the home. Please keep this in mind when booking! Rough River Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers waterway. The water level fluctuates with the season.

NOTE: Please note the Army Core of Engineers reduces the lake during the winter months (i.e. October-March) and the water levels are much lower that seen in the pictures. You will still be able to access the water but the water will not be up to tree line.
