Welcome to our nice cottage, situated in a spacious garden. It’s only a five-minute walk to the subway station and two stops to Rotterdam Central . It’s the perfect place for exploring the city and surroundings. The cottage is fully modernised. Op 6 minuten lopen is mooi en rustig, historisch Delfshaven, leuk om te eten en drinken. Fijne looproutes naar centrum. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Mijn appartement is, gerenoveerd, vintage ingericht met uitzicht op het Schie-kanaal. Indeling: woonkamer, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met zeer goed twee persoons- (M-line matras) bed, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, badkamer/toilet, balkon. Ik woon beneden, u heeft de bovenverdieping.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!
