Rotorua Views at Pepper Tree

Kick back and relax in this boutique, calm, stylish space. Enjoy the views over the town and lake. The space is contemporary, sunny and airy and situated in a quiet, secure neighbourhood. Each double bedroom has its own wardrobe and ensuite. The kitchen has everything you need. There is a washing machine and dryer. A double garage gives you a secure place to park car and bikes. Easy access to the Redwoods, Waipa mountain biking, walking trails, and central city. A lift is available on request.

Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.
