What a great place! Cathy and Bob are beautiful people and the property is so well organized and clean. Amazing children facilities as well. Only downside was the shower which was way too small for us (1.80 and 2m length).

Steve and Etty were great hosts. I haven't had much interaction with them thru message since their instructions were spot on. I did not have any trouble at all with the check in/out, parking and house rules. The place was tidy with ample amount of cookware, utensils and toiletries. I had a chance to interact with Etty before we left, she was so nice. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Lauren and Sam’s. Was so peaceful waking up to the incredible view of the lake. Beautiful gardens and felt resort like. The hidden spa in the evening is a must do!!! Thank you so much for having us and we would stay again in an instant. 5 star everything.

Our whole family had a pleasant evening here. Although the weather wasn’t great and we couldn’t fully enjoy the lake view, the room was very comfortable. I especially liked the bedroom – it was very clean and had heating, which made sleeping feel safe and cozy.

Loved our stay at Tim’s place!! The bed was comfortable, everything was very clean, and the neighborhood seemed very safe!! Tim was a very friendly and helpful host providing suggestions and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Debbie's apartment! It was just like in the pictures with another of steampunk accessories and an amazing book and DVD collection. The apartment is really spacious and is super convenient as a base for exploring Rotorua and surroundings. Also loved seeing that cats about. Debbie was also super easy to reach and very helpful when I had a question. Thanks again!

A lovely place, clean and tidy. Jimmy was helpful and clear with communication. Good parking. An easy (~20minute) walk to the vibrant centre.

我们出了一场车祸，车被撞毁了，是警察把我们送到了这里。我们在这儿休息了两三天的时间，门外就能看到远处的湖，周围非常安静，邻居们在自家院子里聊天或者除草。我们一般会叫Uber或者坐公交车到市区湖边散步，休息得很好。房间装修得很细致，卫生间里有洗衣机和烘干机，甚至还有地暖。电视很大，还有Netflix可以看。感谢Neal上门关心，感谢Yaelle给我们推荐了镇上的医院。希望下次运气好点，能够完成原定的环岛计划。

Super schönes AirBnb! Eine kleine, feine Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt oder sogar noch mehr - danke für die leckere Marmelade und den Honig! :-) Das AirBnb liegt perfekt um Rotorua zu erkunden. Tony und Heather waren sehr freundlich. Wir würden wieder kommen!

I booked this place for my wedding guests, a well-travelled elderly couple, and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The host, Shaun, provided clear instructions and communicated very well throughout. Everything went smoothly, and it was a pleasant experience for them.

Guy's accomodation was really easy to find and ideally placed to enjoy all the activities that Rotorua has to offer ! The place was great for a short stay, well suited for two people (maybe crowded for four). we recomand.

Breathtaking view from the patio space. Definitely worth getting in early enough to enjoy the scenic outlook. Morning was lovely

A clean, cozy and comfortable place. Chris was clear with instructions which made it easy to check in. Overall a great stay and will return again.

Wonderful serene getaway. Deck with spa is a highlight with an incredible view. Nice peaceful location, and still close enough to the town for activities.
