You have full access to the entire property which includes a hot tub spa pool, fire pit and trampoline. Kayaks and stand up paddleboards are available if you would like a touch of adventure. These facilities are all shared.

Welcome to our humble oasis, located 10 minutes out of Rotorua in the small township of Ngongotaha. This comfy cottage offers one bedroom plus a sofa bed. The property is located two-minutes walk from lake Rotorua, so is the ideal spot for fishermen and people who enjoy water sports, such as kayaking. Wytchwood Lake House - Where Time Stands Still

Wytchwood Lake House is steps away from the lake edge - just follow the wide garden path down to the water. It is comfortably furnished, with a warm, cosy fire in winter and doors opening onto both front and back decks for summer. The sheltered back deck overlooking the garden is great for outdoor dining, while the expansive front deck overlooks Lake Rotorua, giving you great sunsets and night views of the city lights. The property is a 20 min drive from the city, down a shared drive.
