Plum Tree Gardens (small rustic home)

Our wee rustic guesthouse is in Ngongotahā which is 7km's from Rotorua central. The guesthouse is set in our back garden along with our 4 chooks & our 8 year old Golden Lab Rex 🐶. The space is private and has a double bedroom with a comfy queen bed & basic ensuite. There's a separate lounge with kitchenette & dining space, a small smart TV & cozy sofa, surrounded by a deck with gas BBQ. We are by no means luxurious, but do guarantee inspiration, character & ample love for our wee rustic home.

This light & airy holiday-house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washing machine and free fast wifi (NO extra cleaning or linen fees are added onto price). Less than 10 minutes into Rotorua and all the geothermal & other tourist attractions. Note: this neighbourhood does NOT have the famous Rotorua sulphur smell :)

Kick back & relax in this warm, calm & stylish space. Tui, fantails & Kereru in the trees just outside your door. Safe off street parking down a back section. Wash down & secure lock up can be arranged for bikes on request. Soak in the hot tub. Cool off in the pool. 5 min drive to the Redwood forest, walks, bike trails, shops for food, takeaways & great cafes. Less than 10 min drive to Rotorua Golf Course. 10 min drive to our gorgeous lakes or the city centre, shops & large supermarkets.

Our studio is located central to Rotorua township, tourist attractions, redwood forest & much more. You have full access to your own fully self-contained private studio with separate entrance. Enjoy the views into our manicured garden from your private patio. Our quiet street offers secure parking onsite (storage for bikes/sports equipment), short walking distances to supermarkets, local shops, easy access to bus routes. Excellent choice for solo travelers, couples, business travelers.

The Penthouse Studio at Lake Tarawera

This spacious studio apartment is set in native bush at Lake Tarawera, at the back of a lake-front property. However, it does have great views of the lake. It has one main room which includes a kitchen area, a dining room table, a lounge and beds and there's a separate bathroom. It is accessed up a flight of stairs with a laundry for use downstairs. Wifi is available. There is an outdoor patio, with comfortable furniture, sun umbrella and magnificent views across the lake to the mountain.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

I am offering a quiet accommodation on a 2ha lifestyle property that supports a sustainable, self-sufficient life and has breathtaking lake views. The AirBnB is a unit next to the main house for up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or family with kids. The unit has a bathroom and basic kitchenette items, the main kitchen is shared with me in the main house. I have 3 large dogs that are very friendly and love guests.
