Upstairs Studio Apartment, including fridge, microwave, small countertop oven, espresso machine. Coffee and tea provided. Small galley kitchen, separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Views over park off street parking and private entrance. Use of laundry facilities, wifi, tv and Netflix. Rotorua is very centrally located to Tauranga /Mount Maunganui, Whakatane, Hobbiton and Taupo. Very close to Rotorua township and attractions (10 /12 minutes by car) and very close to public transport.

Spacious modern downstairs guest suit on Kawaha Point a quiet street with views of the lake and town. Suitable for two adults only no children . No laundry , double glazed furnished seperate bedroom with queen bed , work space, seperate lounge area with kitchenett ,microwave fridge , toaster and jug , (no oven or hot plate. )smart TV . Seperate bathroom. Own driveway , private entrance with keyless entry, off street private parking. We are 4.5 kilometres from town and you will need a vehicle

This architecturally designed bach enjoys a private sunny aspect, with stunning views across Lake Rotoiti. It is located in a quiet street surrounded by trees. Features include: full sun, north facing deck with BBQ and views of the lake, double glazing, heat pump, wood fire, full kitchen with dishwasher, large oven, gas hobs and microwave. Bring your boat and leave at jetty at the end of road for trout fishing, trips to the lake-side hot mineral pools and exploring the lake.

Addictive View

Unwind in this peaceful setting. Wonderful lakeside view. Watch the sun set from your deck. Bird-watching. In a quiet neighborhood approx 10min to town, easy to get to all attractions. The studio is well equipped and comfortable. A kayak is available. Guests comment that "the view was amazing. Waking up with the view of the lake was super nice. Nice modern apartment." “I am reluctant to rave about this place too much as, selfishly, I don't want it to become too popular"

Lake Okareka, Lakehouse studio apartment

Our studio apartment is located at beautiful Lake Okareka and is approximately 100m walk from its shores. The central location is in close proximity to the Whakarewarewa Forest for Mountain Biking and walks, Lake Tarawera, the Okataina walkway and cycle track as well as the Redwoods and an approximate drive of 12 - 15 minutes to the Rotorua CBD. It is perfect for couples and solo adventurers, there is also a fold out couch that is suitable for an extra person/child.

Luxury apartment, hot tub & free wifi

Luxury two bedroom self contained apartment. Quality bed linens and towels. Hot tub, unlimited wifi. The apartment is below our brand new home, however, it is completely separate with your own private entrance and outdoor areas. We are two minutes walk away from Rotorua Tree Trust and a five minute drive to world class mountain biking and walking trails. This apartment is not suitable for young children who need space to run around inside.

Rose Apartments Unit 2 With Private Spa

Close to everything that Rotorua has to offer. This front roadside unit is totally private with its own fully fenced courtyard area. Also, has an area to securely lock away your mountain bikes. Kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, pots, pans, rice cooker, plates, crockery, cutlery, etc... - everything you'd require to cook meals for a family. Complimentary coffee, tea, and milk is supplied to get you started as you arrive.

Leisure in Lynmore.

Recently completed self contained basement apartment with private entrance in a quiet street in Lynmore. 5 minute walk to the Redwood forest, perfect for tourists, mountain bikers and anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Close to three beautiful lakes, shopping centre, coffee shops and fastfood as well as a brand new craft beer brewery. The nearby motion entertainment centre will keep the kids happy.
