This New Duplex Construction home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a well stocked kitchen, clean new laundry area with a washer and dryer in unit and a screened lanai with a patio and backyard space. A beach drive takes 12 min(aprox.) and we provide two beach chairs with an umbrella, a cooler bag and a few beach towels.
