Fully furnished all electric 3 bedroom 2 bath brick home with 2 car garage, fire place, refrigerated AC and Heat and a Jacuzzi tub in bathroom. The home has all Stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and stove. Front load washer and dryer. Has a back enclosed patio that includes a stainless steel grill and hood and a mini fridge. Back yard has a large dog run for your pets. Quant little yard includes a bistro patio area and a cute little swing on the tree.

Peaceful country living 10 minutes from downtown Roswell, NM. This twenty-acre farm features 100s of pecan trees, grassy pastures, native flora, a pond, and an old stucco farmhouse sitting in the middle of it all. With the help of a Deere tractor, several equine friends (big and small), wild growth is kept under control. There's a good chance you'll see native fauna, from turtles and wild turkeys to dragonflies and great blue herons (depending on the season). Bring your binoculars!
