THE Little Red River Place 🎣

The Little Red River Place is a beautiful cabin on a sprawling wooded lot on the bank of the Little Red River. We are on a rare, secluded stretch of the river, with farmland on the opposite side of the river, so the views are breathtaking! The cabin is very private, but near a variety of activities including hiking, biking, antiquing, water sports, and local restaurants. Relax on the screened porch and watch the river go by, stay warm by the outdoor fireplace, or catch trout from our dock.

Cabin in the woods

My studio cabin is located on 60 acres of woodland about 8 miles from Mountain View. My walking trails will take you to some beautiful rock formations and an occasional glimpse of the mountains. After that long walk you will have two comfy queen beds with great pillows! There is a couch, loveseat and a recliner, books, TV, movies, and a fully equipped kitchen. DISH TV REMOTE- Press power button and then TV button to turn TV on. The remote for the DVD player is in top drawer under tv.

Little Red River Island Cabin

This cozy, unique Cabin sits on Rainbow Island on the Little Red River. Here you will be able to fish, float, relax, and sit around the fire pit. Close by you'll find fishing guide services, shopping, restaurants, recreation @ Greers Ferry Lake and much more. This cabin sits in a quiet community just outside of Pangburn, AR which is home of the Rainbow Trout. Within 15-20 minutes is Heber Springs and Searcy and within 1 hour is Conway and Little Rock. Make this your next getaway!

High N Heber

Welcome to High N Heber. This BRAND NEW house is located on North high street in Heber Springs. Hence the name. We hope you get a good laugh out of it! It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night! Just wait until you see it. We have worked really hard to create this beautiful home and everything in it. We hope you love it as much as we do!!

Cozy 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is a peaceful country getaway. Enjoy spending time with fireflies instead of streetlights in this rustic cabin complete with all creature comforts. You can make use of the full kitchen, cook hotdogs over a fire pit outside, or a 15 minute drive will get you to historic, downtown Batesville's restaurants. Local amenities include country roads great for cycling, fresh air, and a few mosquitos (no extra charge for the mosquitos). Cabin now has WiFi!.

The home is just a few minutes from town sitting on 4 acres overlooking beautiful scenery. 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, this home is newly updated with all your essential needs with washer/dryer hookup, coffee bar, access to Wi-Fi, gaming and outdoor fire pit. With plenty of parking space outside the garage also offers a 2 Bay Area.

The Woodroof Cottage

Located less then 2 miles from Harding University nestled in historic downtown Searcy, this stylish home features 3 bedrooms & 3 full baths, a large living area, all wood floors, washer/dryer, well-equipped kitchen, covered parking & extra parking pads. Home has been recently updated with new granite countertops, sinks & faucets in kitchen & baths. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck & relax in this comfortable space while you are visiting the wonderful city of Searcy!

The Cottage on Cross

We value comfort and relaxation at The Cottage on Cross and hope that you do too! Feel free to cozy up in the reading nook with a good book, lounge on the couch and binge your favorite series, or sit outside with a cup of coffee in the privacy of the serene backyard. We offer complimentary fire wood if you’d like to make a fire in the fire pit! We are centrally located in Searcy and within walking distance to Harding University, Berry Hill Park and the Bike Trail!

Cardinal Cabin at the Homestead

The centrally located, Cardinal cabin offers a birds eye view of Mountain View. This quaint little cabin boasts a master room with a queen day bed with full trundle bed underneath, spacious living room with recliner and sleeper sofa, full size full stocked kitchen with kitchen table and roomy bathroom with shower/bathtub combo. You’ll enjoy all that Mountain View has to offer with only a 10 minute drive to the town square.

Main Street Hideaway

Unique Terrace Studio Apartment on Batesville's Historic Main Street. The building has been in my family since it was built in the 40s and I love being able to share the apartment with my guests. It has been gutted to the studs and has new furniture and appliances. Urban/industrial feel. Can access from Main Street (must walk down flight of stairs) or can park in back on ground level (one step).

Hill House

Our cottage style home sits on a private 10 acre mountain top next to the foushee wildlife management and has a wonderful mountain view of Locust Grove, Batesville, Southside, and Newark. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
