This home is out in the country, but not far from the highway very peaceful. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My team and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The cabin is a part of a resort of sorts with several other cabins, a really nice guest lodge and other facilities including open fishing ponds. There is comfortable space between the cabins and the resort is very private. Off you want to avoid a lot of dirt roads, approach it from the West (highway DD).

Very unique place! I was pleasantly surprised with how nice this place was. Very clean and comfortable.

We had such a wonderful time at the Red House Farm! Our toddler had an especially great time, he loved seeing the chickens and even helped gather eggs! He quickly began referring to it as “his farm” and was eager to get back when we went out during the day. The sleeping arrangement worked well for us, he was close by and still had his own space, which allowed him to sleep pretty well, even in a new place! The hosts are extremely helpful and kind, they offered some age appropriate toys for our kid, and made sure we had everything we could need- they really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible time! Kitchen was well stocked with the essential tools and the fresh eggs were such a treat! We loved the proximity to Smithville Lake, and would absolutely stay here again!!

As in the past times I've stayed at Jessica's place, this stay was fantastic. The house is perfect for what we need and communicating with Jessica is about as easy as it can be. The house is clean and cozy. We will definitely be back again!
