We own our building, live on the premises, and are available for assistance at all times. We are in compliance with all local and state rent laws.

Two bedrooms have king beds with white linens. Master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Third bedroom has a queen bed with white linens. Large second bathroom has an over-sized bathing tub. Living and dining areas are appointed with mid-century modern furniture , 42 inch TV with HDMI hook-up and Brookstone speaker with iPod hook-up.

Loft is used exclusively for guests. We live in the loft next door and meet each guest at check-in. We are happy to be of assistance during your stay. We recommend reviewing our Guidebook before arrival for suggestions on restaurants, bars and shopping.
There is a surcharge for special events.
1. Smoking is prohibited inside the loft and the building (Smoking will result in the Security Deposit being forfeited)
2. All guests must provide a copy of their identification (driver's license or passport)
3. $100 fee for each set of keys lost which will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
4. The fire-escape is not a balcony, use is prohibited except in case of emergency.
