Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you did not have a nice experience. The air conditioning problem was fixed, that both living room and bedroom are installed with new A/C. The guests stayed before you and after you all tell us it’s a beautiful place and they love the place.
The cleaning staff supposed to take care the property and provide guests excellent experience. This cleaning staff tried to provide you her own Airbnb is no longer working with me, so future guests will not have this awkward experience.
As a full time Airbnb host for 3 years and accommodate more than 600 guests, I am confident in what we are doing. We tried to do things on professional way. We had written more than 1000 words in message to communicate with you and I am sorry that you still feel we are not responsive enough. We tried all possible means to revolve your concerns and hope to provide you the best guest experience. However, you had been very demeaning about asking a rebate. As we could not see any reason we are at fault to give you a rebate, we offer to refund you fully and cancel this reservation. You declined and choose to trash talk our place. The guests who stayed after you, till the moment that I am writing this reply, both gave us 5 stars on all aspects.
