I always tell people, "If you're not on the water in the Keys, then you're not enjoying the Keys!".
This beautifully decorated 33' mini-yacht is anchored in Key West and is the perfect way to experience the boaters life in the Florida Keys. Feel free to make use of the kayaks and snorkeling gear to check out the area for yourself.
One of the best experiences you will have in the Keys is enjoying a cup of Cuban coffee (included) on deck first thing in the morning! If you'd like to do some cooking of your own, the kitchen is equipped to accommodate most simple meals. Appliances include a, stove, coffee maker, blender and mini-refrigerator (the microwave cannot be used). Standard dishes and utensils with service for 4, plus glasses, coffee cups and shot glasses.
For an additional fee, up to two guests can be added to your reservation (Please note that there are only two sets of snorkeling gear and kayaks). The forward berth is reserved for the first 2 guests and the rear berth is for additional guests after that. The forward berth has a dividing curtain for privacy and can sleep two (average size) people, as does the rear berth. If you plan to bring children, you will need make sure you bring an approved life jacket for them that is rated for their weight range. Due to the many different sized children's life jackets and the very limited space on the boat, I only stock adult sizes.
There is a toilet and shower on board and can be used, though the shower is very small and most of my guests elect to skip it or use the facilities at the local beach. While the space includes most amenities, such as toilet paper, you should be sure to bring your own showering supplies, including towels. The towels that are on the boat are only for swimming and general drying off.
Space on a boat is limited so you'll want to only bring the necessities with you, such as medication, swim wear, toothbrush, hair brush, etc.. Simply put, don't try to bring all your luggage or you'll end up wishing you hadn't!

Other things to note:
-The boat is not at a dock, it is anchored out on the water.
-Resources on the boat are limited and should be consumed accordingly, i.e., electricity and fresh water.
Most importantly, do not book this listing if you are planning to have a party on the boat. I'm all for having a good time, but I have had to deal with a few rowdy guests already and they created a lot of problems with the neighbors and forced the cancellation of other guests reservations. Be respectful!

Hi, I'm Ryan! In a former life I owned and operated a GIS and data analysis business in the oil and gas industry but, with the downturn in the commodity price, I was forced to find a new career path. It's a long story, and you might get to hear it, but I eventually came up with the idea to rent out my boat in the Florida Keys. I'm currently in the process of renovating a sailboat that will become my full-time charter vessel to destinations in the Caribbean and beyond!
