Modern apt. In the heart of Seattle
Modern apt. In the heart of Seattle

Modern European style apartment in the heart of Seattle, short walk to pike place, the space needle, Seattle center, art museums, Elliot Bay and tons of delicious restaurants and bars!

The apartment features a convenient Murphy bed, dishwasher, washer and dryer, balcony with views and roofdeck!

My apartment has an open floor plan with wood floors and tons of natural light! The building is only a year old so everything is brand spanking new and user friendly . There is a comfy Murphy bed, couch bed for any extra guests a smart tv with Hulu and Netflix, washer and dryer, and beautiful kitchen for cooking in!

Guests have access to the zipcars parked in front of the building (will have to pay and sign up independently), rooftop deck and barbecue and laundry on site

I will mostly be checking in via call or text but will be there to greet you and show you around the apartment. Feel free to ask questions about the surrounding area and activities!

-Be respectful to the space and neighbors, quiet hours are 10pm-7am
-Absolutely no smoking

Hanna's place is a good value for the area, and the space itself is feels large for a studio. Hanna is great with communication and promptly responded to any questions that I had. The check-in instructions were easy to follow. During my stay, the weather was warm (low to mid 70s F) during the day and cool (upper 50s to low 60s F) at night. Without air conditioning, the apartment got warm during the day even with the blinds drawn, and at night it took a while to cool off. Sleeping with the window and/or door open was necessary to help cool off, but sounds of people throwing trash into dumpsters coming from the alley that the unit faces took some getting used to. The bed itself was alright, though to me the mattress was not very comfortable and felt like a typical sofa bed. The kitchen had the basics you would need to prepare/eat a simple meal. The apartment was otherwise sparsely furnished/decorated, and felt closer to "bare bones" than "cozy". Overall Hanna's place was clean, convenient, in a good location, and a good value. Depending on what you are looking for in terms of comfort, it could be a good place to crash for a night or two.

Hanna's place was great. Location was key and it's a new modern flat. Would definitely recommend

Entering the appartment was complicated. Hanna was helpfull to solve the issue but the situation was not very convenient when arriving at 10 pm. The appartment itself corresponds to the description.

Very central and convenient location. As others have indicated, there is no central a/c, so if you're coming in the summer, you may want to take this into consideration. Also, this place may not be for light sleepers as there are street noises that can be heard from inside the unit, especially if you open the windows for some breeze at night (no a/c). However, this is to be expected from an urban apartment.

Hanna is on top of it! Check in was a breeze; very specific directions and the process was easy! I love a girl who's organized! Her place was clean and comfortable! She even has laundry in the apartment which is a huge bonus if that service is needed. The bed is comfy. If you're staying for awhile, there is plenty of room to get comfortable and hang a few items, cook in the full sized kitchen, and really make yourself at home. Bonus points for the included Netflix! We walked no less than 12 miles a day during our stay, returning to the apt exhausted and ready to watch a show we've been bingeing! It's true, as others have mentioned, that it gets quite warm in the apt. However, if you're on vacation, I can't imagine spending any extended amount of time in the apt...aren't you there to explore? I will say 2 things: if you're a girlie girl who has to blow dry your (URL HIDDEN) gets steamy in the apt while doing so (and her blow dryer, albeit a thoughtful amenity, runs very hot....I only used it once, then decided to let my freak curls fly) and the 2nd thing being that a ceiling fan installed above the bed would make a world of difference. Even if it were in the middle of the living area, I think it would've helped immensely with circulation of the cooler air at night and the stuffiness of the apt during the day. Overall, the apt is in a stellar location; we walked to the Seattle Center, PP market, Amazon campus, the piers, SLU, and Pioneer Square.....and an uber to Capitol Hill was just a few bucks! We would definitely stay here again, or try Hanna's other place too! She's a great communicator too; she always got back to us within a timely manner and was quite helpful and accommodating!

Absolutely fabulous location and nice to have TV/netflix access in the apartment. The apartment was quite stuffy. A portable AC unit would be super great bonus for this unit. Have stayed in Seattle numerous times over past several summers and Seattle has been HOT every time. This apt in particular has limited air circulation. Leaving door to balcony open all night provided only marginally cooler air but then also quite noisy.

Great place. About 10 mins away from Pikes Place and tons of restaurants that are in walkable distance. Would highly recommend!
