Cozy and Relaxing Fully Furnished 1BR Unit with spacious balcony located at The Residences at Commonwealth by Century, Don Antoion Drive, Quezon City .Good location area which is very near of walking distance to Ever Gotesco mall and the main highway

The Unit is fully furnished with ac unit, comfortable sofa with a 40" LED TV. The balcony have a direct access door from the bedroom and as well an access door from the living room, the balcony have a 2-seater coffee table for your relaxation and have the feel with the nature, as the place is situated near a golf course so even that you are still in the center of the city, you can still relax with green view of the nature. The kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs; built-in electric stove, range hood, fridge, cooking pots and pans, dinner wares & cutlery's , microwave, electric kettle and rice cooker and of course a 4-seater dining table. The place have a designated washing area with a washer.
The Bedroom has a very comfortable and relaxing queen size bed with complete linen and bedding's and comforter, also a built-in closet is at your disposal of use. From your room, you have an access door to the toilet & bath which is equipped with a hot & cold shower regulator.

As of the moment, the project is not fully constructed as other towers are still being constructed as well as the main amenity area of the project. But tenants could still enjoy a peaceful and relaxing activities in the rooftop of the Osmena West Tower as play area and function Hall are provided to the residents temporarily (please see photos).
