Our place is the perfect base for a Toronto visit, for a weekend or a week, whether you're a couple or traveling solo.
It's a clean, modern, 600 sq ft open-concept suite with private entrance, Queen bed and duvet, large-screen TV and sitting room with gas fireplace.
You can live like a Torontonian--in a quiet, leafy neighbourhood but close to the hustle and bustle.
Enjoy your morning coffee or relax with a book on the patio overlooking our back garden.
We provide all the comforts, including a small fridge, Tassimo coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave, toaster oven, hair dryer, alarm clock, soap, shampoo and, of course, linens and towels.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire lower floor and outdoor patio of our fully-renovated, century-old downtown home.
Please note that guests must climb stairs; there is a 14-step outside walk-down to the suite entrance, which people with mobility issues might find a bit steep.
There's plenty of street parking. Online permits cost $14 per 24 hours, $21 per 48 hours or $33 per week. We'll gladly arrange a permit for you.

The bed is a Queen-size La-Z-Boy pull-out sofa with a cozy and comfortable quilted air mattress, with a 2" memory foam on top.
The bathroom features a high-volume rain head shower, heated floor, great water pressure.
The space has a large screen, surround sound TV. As cord-cutters, we don't have cable TV, but there is Apple TV, and over-the-air TV via digital antenna. There is an HDMI hookup (with Apple adaptor) if you want to play to the TV from your laptop.
Please note that, as a walk-down, the ceilings are 7' high.

Our neighbourhood is a leafy residential street one block from a commercial district on College Street in the Little Italy/Trinity-Bellwoods area.
It's quiet for sleeping but bustling nightlife is a short walk away: Bars, restaurants, night clubs, cafes, ice cream parlours and people watching in Little Italy. Hip bistros, pop-up fashions and brew pubs on Ossington St. The Royal Cinema and the West Side YMCA are both just around the corner.
There's a 24-hour supermarket a five-minute walk away, and lots of places to get an all-day breakfast, sit down meals and take-out food of all kinds. Coin laundries, dry cleaning, liquor and beer stores, and all the major banks are nearby.
Longer walks or close transit access to: West Queen West, Chinatown, Kensington Market, Trinity-Bellwoods Park, Dufferin Mall, Roncesvalles Ave, High Park, The Annex, Bloor Hot Docs Cinema, Korea Town, Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) Cinemas, Eaton Centre, University of Toronto, Royal Ontario Museum, Bata Shoe Museum, Art Gallery of Ontario, CN Tower, Ripley's Aquarium, Entertainment District, King St Restaurants, etc!
