Old, save and quiet neighborhood. Lots of trees and manicured lawns. Save parking, either on driveway or street. Ideal shopping about 7 minutes away. General store about 3 minutes walking distance.

In Europe, I am the VP of product development for specialty paints geared to the faux finishing industry. I successfully launched the product line of the American manufacturer, Modern Masters, Inc. With the continued absence from the US, I decided to start Airbnb. I concentrated on long-term guests, which is the reason I have only a few reviews although being a Superhost for Airbnb. Generalities: Personable, I speak with an accent (German). Kind, my friends tell me that I am funny. Easy to get along with and proud of my home. Love to stay home (less travel for work), tend my garden and take care of my guests.The additional income allows me to work less and pursue my next career. Update: I Gave up my position in Europe. Only go there if I have to put out a fire. Love staying in the US taking care of my guests, my home, my huge garden, and last but not least my friends and animals.
