Great, quiet location. Walking distance to Blackheath main street, train station, cafe and restaurants. Great timely communication from hosts and easy check-in. Allowed for late check-out which was much appreciated. Issues are the quality of the property are not worth the price…
Sorry that you had issue with entering via the front door, I can assure you that the key does work, the door is made of wood which sometimes expands, then it goes back to normal. We provide as much wood as it is possible to store around both fire places. For someone who left stale pizza crust half eaten in the fridge – along with other perishable food in the kitchen, who did not empty the bin, who did not inform me of a stain left on the white carpet, I am surprised that you found a problem with the odour in one of the room. We have made our best to provide comfortable beds, pillows and mattresses and never had any complain in the past. You are the type of guest who is expecting top hotel quality but who does not want to pay for it.
