Formerly the original old post office, the annexe is a spacious and characterful one bedroomed flat furnished to a high standard with wood flooring, central heating, wood burning stove and roll top bath tub for added comfort after a day's walk. The open-plan sitting room and dining area is furnished with two sofas (one a pull-out bed) and wood burning stove. The sitting room opens into a small dining area with drop leaf table and chairs. Two steps lead down to the terracotta tiled galley style kitchen which overlooks the patio. Utilities include a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and integrated washer/dryer. A breakfast bar and two high chairs provide an alternative eating area. The bathroom is fitted with a Victorian style bathtub, with telephone style shower head and taps.
Access to the patio is via a side gate.

Off-road parking for one car, adjacent parking for second.
Everything in the flat, off street parking for one car, private access to the patio. Free wifi access.
Unfortunately I may not get to meet you, but I will answer all your queries beforehand. When not there, the house and guests are looked after by friends, should the need arise, if not you have total privacy.

No smoking in the house.
No pets (sorry!)
House must be left in same condition as found.
Please wash, dry and put away all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans prior to departure
All books/games/cushions etc must be put away where found
Barbeque waste must be black bagged.
Failure to comply with rubbish/recycle directives (documented in welcome pack and at house) will result in £30 being subtracted from the housekeeping deposit to cover admin costs and the costs of taking the offending rubbish directly to the tip.
If you have used the travel cot, please fold and put away.
If you need to wash the kitchen floor, please only use the "HG Terracotta Clean and Shine" product under the sink - note any cleaner with bleach will cause spotting on the floor.
