Cartland Estate is so proud to announce that we have been chosen as one of the Top 10 B&B's in Canada 2012! What a honor! We are located on 22 acres of seclusion.Very Private Spacious Bedrooms with hard wood floors, (Sunset Room)1 King size bed,high quality bedding,Air,Gas fireplace,Flat screen t.v.,Large private bathrooms with large walk-in showers,iron,hairdryer,I-pod station alarm clock,,each room has sitting area,either a balcony or patio overlooking property, We have a games room with pool table,poker table,big screen t.v.We are minutes from Niagara Falls & Attractions.casino's,restaurant's wineries ,shopping,night life,etc.We are 2 km from the scenic Niagara River Pkwy were one can walk,bike,picnic on the the recerational trail.Legends on the Niagara Golf Course is also 2 km from us as well as many championship courses.Each morning you will have a warm hearty country breakfast before you go out and explore Niagara.Our B&B is in a quaint village called Chippawa but in 1960 became part of NIagara Falls.It is a beautiful area which has a hometown feel.We have built this home to share with others so why not visit us in Niagara Falls we would love to have you! Cartland Estate Bed & Breakfast. Our rates are $145.00 (sun-thurs) $165.00 (fri-sat) per night, max 2 people per room..Our rates will be changed March1/15..Call toll free in North America !-855-295-9054 to get more information and reservation.If this room is not available we have 3 other beautiful rooms on this site to choose from.We do have 2 dogs on the property and we are not Handicap Accessible.. 2 night min stay on any weekend and holiday.We do have 3 other Rooms if this one is booked.

Born and raised in the Village of Chippawa which is now part of Niagara Falls,Ontario I know the NIagara area very (Website hidden by Airbnb) help plan your visit in NIagara Falls..,Being a Inn keeper for the last 2 years has been a great experience..we have built this new home to share with others.We have had people from all around the world stay with us and they all have had a wonderful time staying at Cartland Estate...I love sports,fitness,gardening,the outdoors,and most my dogs Murphy & Maggie who are Vizslas that you will love..of course they are not allowed in the B&B section but you will see them around the property.We are very passive ,fun people,who like to laugh.We like wine tasting,good food,and good times. You will always hear music of any kind playing in our home.Gary loves to cook so he will make you a very hearty breakfast each morning..believe me you will not need lunch after having his breakfast...Hope to see you soon..and you to can enjoy our Home!
