Bright and spacious double bedroom in new flat and development with private wet room. The flat is in zone 2, 20 minutes' away from Piccadilly Circus and very close to Camden Town. We live at the top floor and we have 2 cats and a toddler, please take this into consideration before booking :).

Seems like this place is located in one of the best communities in London. The area itself is worth exploring. Do check out Livia's guide page and I also recommend the Highgate Cemetery.

Overall a very great experience! We both had a good time in Livia’s house.
Livia and her husband are very nice person and very friendly. The room was same as the picture, nice and clean. Also, we had fun with the two cats.

Brilliant location, really quiet. Room and house modern and exactly as pictured. The Family even the cats welcomes us like one of their own. Regular cleaner was a plus! Couldn't have wished for a better place

We were staying at Livia's place for one night and we enjoyed time there very much. Room was nice and very clean, we had own bathroom, which made our stay very comfortable. Flat is located only few minutes walk from a tube station. Highly recommended place to stay!
