Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally-located condo in downtown Ephraim. You are just a block from the waterfront and walking distance to everything in Ephraim, including restaurants, shops, boat rentals, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, the beach, marina and post office. Our condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, jetted tub, fireplace, private balcony, outdoor dining with new grills, cable and high speed wifi. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Our beautiful condo has brand new wood flooring, fresh paint, and new modern furniture. When you walk into our condo, the kitchen is immediately to your right and includes a full sink, dishwasher, stove and oven, full size fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, and basic cooking pans and utensils. Please note that our condo is on the second floor of our condo building (no elevator).
Walk past the kitchen and we have a dining table with chairs. Past the dining area is our bright living room with a large, comfy couch and chair. There is fireplace in the corner with a flat screen TV equipped with cable above it. Just off the living room is a sliding door out to our private balcony overlooking our beautiful yard. There are also large windows facing our yard.
Back inside, there is a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor. The bedroom has a queen bed, built-in closet with hangers and drawers, a nightstand and lamps, and a small flat screen TV with cable. The bathroom is just off the bedroom with a sink/vanity when you first enter. Then the jetted tub and toilet are in a private space with a door. We provide all towels and sheets.
Take the stairs up to the upper level lofted second bedroom. There is also a queen bed up here, with a closet, dresser, nightstands, and a small flatscreen TV with cable. This bedroom has its own bathroom with a sink and large walk-in shower, as well as a private toilet room.
There is a washer and dryer on the first floor that takes quarters. Washer is $1.50 and dryer is $1.00. We provide washing detergent if you need it.
