Located on a popular street that’s a mix of commercial & residential properties in an up & coming, diverse area that is between lower & middle income neighborhoods. It's convenient to highways & downtown, but this also means it's in an urban area with city roads & noise. We also have neighbors with dogs which occasionally bark.

Since we're unable to change our location, our price takes these factors into consideration & our affordable price reflects the location. We enjoy living here & we want others to know what to expect. We're closer to the road & never needed earplugs, but they are provided.

There are many Hispanic shops & restaurants nearby. An elementary school is 1 house away. We're 2 min from 35W & a major highway intersection. We’re a 10 min drive to the Stockyards, Downtown, Magnolia Ave & the Cultural District.

Kevin & I met in Korea, taught English there for almost 9yrs & loved traveling all over Asia.

When we returned to the US, we pet sat around the country while WFH, staying in Airbnbs between sits. We learned how trust, transparency & communication make Airbnb successful. It was our dream to open our own Airbnbs & we enjoy learning from them & sharing our hospitality.

Kevin is from MN & Caitlin is from TX & WI. We still WFH, moved to Fort Worth this past year & adopted our foster dog, Simba. We enjoy cheering for the Minnesota Wild, bbq, tacos, & being outside. We're fully vaxxed & follow all Covid-19 protocols.
