This guest request to book my place was initially declined, then she still instant booked the place. We did not want to take guests without review, and no experience with using airbnb. And we decided to make an exception to keep her reservation and it proves to be a big mistake. 1/ She never uses Airbnb and communication with this guest was like impossible because she does not use Airbnb message. She escalates everything to Airbnb support center, from her delay check in to every little things. She complaints about cleaning and I ask my cleaning staff to show up within 6 hours to clean it up again for her. She said it was very good.
2/She unplug the wifi extender in the unit and causes my other guests have internet interruption, we try to get in touch with her to access the unit. And no response.
3/ She complaints the "neighborhood" not safe. Again, we are a Victorian house located in a quiet residential street in central downtown Toronto. I have 8 surveillance camera around the house. And some guests love this unit. They said it feels like cottage but in busy Downtown Toronto.
