We dug into our brains to learn from our previous project- Roommates Guesthouse Penang. We thought, it would be great to start a BnB up by the beach. Luck struck us when we saw this property for sale and it was located dead central in Batu Feringghi. Roomies Penang is 2 mins walk to the beach and just right in front of the famous night market. We are within walking distance to hawker stalls, restaurants and beach clubs.
