Just for your future reference with hosts - like we said, we can't help a problem we don't know. If you would of mentioned any of this while you were here, we would of changed things. (Even laundry stuff - one of us has extreme allergies to chemicals so we tend to wash low chemical detergents, but we have stronger ones for guests who want it - like we've always said, let us know if there's any issue - we would of washed your towel with other detergents if you would of said so. Just communicate. :) That's the key we think to making airbnb work.
